WE WELCOME EXTENDED STAYS!

This stay is a newly built 3-level home, sanitized and stay-at-home ready. It offers a 2-car garage with an electric Smart Car plug. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and work space with a covered balcony and nice downtown view. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Washer and dryer are also available. The property is secured with keyless entry, giving you the flexibility to check-in as late as you need. CHECK OUT IS AT 11 AM.

PLEASE NOTE that there are two units on this property, with this listing being 1 of 2 units. Each unit has its own separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE with other guests. However, if you would like additional access to the 2nd unit (private bedroom), please message us for availability.

Please respect our home by taking great care of it.

Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum inside and outside the home. Quiet hours after 11 pm are strictly enforced.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, vaping devices, marijuana, pipes, et al) inside the home, on the balcony, or inside the garage. A $500 fine will be applied for any violations.

No open flames (including but not limited to candles, incense, torches, lanterns, fire pits, grills, and smokers) are allowed on the property. A $500 fine will be applied for any violations.

We want to you have a very enjoyable stay, but our home is not an event space or party house. Therefore, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. The MAX number of GUESTS at any time is 5. This includes overnight guests and any visitors of you may have. If we are made aware that our max guest count has been exceeded, appropriate action will be taken, with your reservation being subject to cancellation without a refund.

Only authorized guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. If we are made aware of overnights guests who are not on the original booking, an additional fee of $50 per guest/per night will be applied.

Please do not share any gate or house codes with anyone who is not on the original booking.

Parking is limited to ONLY 2 CARS inside the garage. Parking in front of the garage or in front of a neighbor’s home is not permitted and therefore, subject to towing.

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture or décor. Please do not bring or move any personal furniture or décor to our home. In addition, please do not tape or affix in any manner anything to the home (including but not limited to doors, walls, furniture, countertops, cabinets, and floors) or sprinkle confetti anywhere in the home. A restaging fee of $500 will be applied for any violations.

A replacement cost will be charged for any furniture, décor, or other items that are broken or removed from our property.

Absolutely, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in the house or on the property. If we are made aware of any pets during your stay, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. In addition, a $500 pet fee will be applied for any violations.

Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked every time you leave our home. In addition, please keep the gate door closed.

Please note that our home is not childproof. We advise all to be cautious with children of any age on the steps and throughout the property.

Check out is at 11:00 am. This is to allow us adequate time to ready the home for the next guests' arrival. Therefore, an additional night's stay will be charged for late departures past the appointed check out time.
