This one-of-a-kind double-storey 5-bed luxury house is home away from home. Located in famous Sanctuary lakes resort, it is surrounded with lakes, golf courses, wetland and biking tracks. You can soak in the best sunset view from the rumpus room or one of the many bedroom terraces that overlook the breathtaking panoramic views across the lake.
All the positive vibes for a relaxing space for friends or family. Equipped with all essential items for short or long-term stays.

Features include:
Lake Views, black swans, two separate family area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms, outdoor sitting area (with BBQ and coffee table), central air conditioning, Free unlimited Wi-Fi and driveway parking.

* Open Kitchen/Lounge: BOSCH dishwasher, Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, wine glasses, dining table with 8 chairs plus one High chair.
* Living area consisting of Sony smart TV, 1 x 3-seater sofa with chaise.
* Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed, ensuite bathroom 2, walk-in robes.

With dedicated cycling and walking trails around the lake and along the creek and parkland, café, shopping and dining options only moments away.

• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage.

Getting to Point Cook

• Land your next adventure just 30 minutes from the heart of Melbourne or Geelong.

• Point Cook is about 35 minutes south-west of the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) and is located to the south of the Princes Freeway. The nearest railway station is Williams Landing railway station, and other stations close by are Aircraft or Laverton (on the way to Werribee).

• The Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes centres have a range of cafes and restaurants, and there are more at the small Featherbrook Shopping Centre (238 Boardwalk Boulevard) in the south-west of the suburb, and Soho Village (corner of Sneydes Road and Malibu Boulevard).

• Shadowfax Winery. Within easy walking distance of Werribee Park Mansion, Shadowfax Winery delivers award-winning, handcrafted wines in a striking, natural setting. • Werribee Park Mansion. Wander through a grand mansion and glorious formal gardens with stories of another time.
• Bayview Park Point Cook is a pirate ship themed playground at in the south-east of the suburb near the corner of Yuruga Boulevard and Alamanda Boulevard.
• Feel the freedom of the wild on a safari bus tour at Werribee Open Range Zoo. Get up close and personal with giraffes, zebras and rhinos, as they roam the open savannah.
• Another good option for the kids in Point Cook is Hargrove Park. It is on the corner of Hargrave Avenue and Kingsford Drive. The park has bike paths circling the equipment, and plenty of open space to kick a ball.
• Burn off some energy with tenpin bowling at Wyncity Bowl & Entertainment or waterslide fun at AquaPulse.
• There is also plenty for the whole family to do in Point Cook, such as Victoria State Rose Garden; RAAF Museum, Werribee Racecourse etc.

• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9 pm and 8 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a AU $400 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Ensure pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside on SUNDAY night or by 5 A.M. on Monday.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out.
• Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming and as comfortable as possible.
* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver`s licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

A wonderful place for family holiday.

The property is very nice and clean and has a beautiful waterfront. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and just a short 7 minutes drive to a convenient shopping mall. You will wake up to see swans in the lake. The owner has been very responsive to our chat and needs. This is one of the very few place where you can find 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet which is important for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house

In the morning, you’ll be greeted by a group of swans! The lake view is so amazing, it’s heavenly view! Peaceful environment and very convenient to access to different kind of restaurants! House is spacious and it comes with all necessary cutlery, even chopsticks! If you know how to make coffee, they even comes with a very professional coffee machine! Anyway, it’s worth to stay in this wonderful house!

Great house. It was listed as a 6 bedroom when in fact it is only 5. The listing needs to be changed accordingly. Great communication with owner. Could do with a clean outside on the deck areas as they were covered in dust and grit, but inside was spotless. Would stay there again. 4/5
