Point Gellibrand Coastal Heritage Park vacation rentals

This place and the Phillipa the host were awesome. Location is perfect ...tram out the front door with million dollar city view from the living room. The host went above and beyond to insure we had the best experience possible. She even personally greeted us on arrival at 1:30am. Every amenity (coffee machine, snacks, milk in the fridge, toiletries etc. all provided as well tennis raquets, tram cards, games, books, all the creature comforts you could imagine. The accommodation itself was spotless and well looked after. Perfect heating system and comfortable beds. Amazing furnishings as well as a real car couch (with working headlamps!) This is the only place we'll consider everytime we visit Melbourne.

Our family (4) stayed at Aviary Walk for 5 days while visiting Melbourne. It was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and, important to us, a washer/dryer. Aviary Walk is well decorated and makes good use of its space. For us the best aspect of the rental is it's location. It is situated in a residential area, but very close (1 block) to a perfect stretch of essential neighborhood businesses (coffee shops, restaurants, small grocery, newsstand, etc). Especially handy for breakfast as they opened early. The rental is also close (3-4 blocks) from 2 different tram lines (#12 and #96), which we used daily to easily travel to the Melbourne city centre or to St. Kilda. We enjoyed being able to leave the noise of the downtown on the short ride back to Middle Park. We received excellent communication from our host Gary who provided easy checkin/out instructions as well as recommendations for top Melbourne activities and restaurants. He also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout for the day-very helpful. We would definitely stay at Aviary Walk again because of it's quiet neighborhood location that allows for easy access to Melbourne attractions.

Spent a wonderful week in this charming neighborhood just outside Melbourne. Literally steps away from everything…train, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, major sights,etc. Perfect cozy, clean apartment for a single person or couple. View from balcony was amazing, and we were able to spend time with our son and family just a few few floors up. Perfect all around! Thank you for wonderful accommodations.

Fantastic place, spotless, comfortable, amenities, everything you could want. Great views from the balcony to the bay or the city, one block to the beach, Bay Street shops and restaurants, pool and gym. Elise went the extra mile with Christmas decorations and extra attention to detail with great communication and easy process. Overall perfect experience.
