Luxury tiny house by the river/pets and boats

New luxury tiny house with full kitchen, dishwasher, disposal and ice maker. Fire burning fireplace on front porch. queen bedroom downstairs and queen bed in loft upstairs. Located in sun retreats/ homosassa River resort. Any Questions 352.220.1935. Patio table and chairs for six. Washer and dryer facilities located within the resort as well as a very nice heated pool. boat/trailer parking at unit. Closest boat ramp across street manatee pub and marina. They have boat slips/docking. We own 2 units side by side so plenty of room for all.

Perfect Stay for a Trip on the River

The tiny house was very cute, our Host was excellent and the location in Old Homosassa was perfect for our stay. Would stay here again.

Great clean getaway

We only stayed one night but everything was clean , organized and super nice. The area had tons of activities to do and nice restaurants to eat at. Will definitely be going back again

Great Location

Great pet friendly location. Dog area steps away to get pets a little freedom was a big perk! Nice park and tiny home layout was really good. Would definitely return for a get away.

Great Tiny home for our family

The kids loved the property and the layout. We had a great time and would not hesitate to come back again next year if we come scalloping again. Was also convenient to have the dog park right next to the unit too.

Cozy and Quaint

We had a great time staying at this adorable little cabin in Homosassa Springs! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is very close to the springs and other hot spots around the city. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect location

Perfect location, especially if you're taking your boat. The marina was close by and was easy to access the scalloping grounds, waterfront restaurants as well as the springs! Owner was very nice and easy to contact. If you want to fish, scallop and enjoy the springs, this is the spot!

13 year old bday family get away.

This was a very nice little cabin in a nice Rv resort. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and homey. The hot tub was a great plus! The resort pool very nice and clean as well. Would definitely come back! Bday boy had a great time.

Adorable tiny house with extras

We stayed for 2 days when scallopping. The tiny house is so cute with a great layout plus bonus porch, outdoor fireplace & hot tub.

We were in the area for an event and this property was located nearby and it worked out great since it was pet friendly and had a little dog park next to it. Thanks for the hospitality.

A perfect location

A lovely little house it was a perfect place to stay. My daughter and I were able to drive to a boat launch across from where we were staying to launch our kayaks. It was a 30 minute paddle to the state park and we were surround by manatees. An awesome experience.

Great spot in Florida

Tiny house was great. Since we are seniors, we were not able to use the bedroom in the loft, but it would be a great experience for kids. Pet friendly and steps away from the dog park. Host answered all of our questions in minutes. Nice neighbors in the RV park and close to everything.

Scalloping trip 2024

What a great place to stay remind me a lot of my childhood campgrounds with my grandparents but much nicer now. I hope my daughter had as much fun as I did. Clean cool great layout the fans were a great tuch to to move the air around. Thank you again
