Unit 212 Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This tastefully decorated condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom, and cozy carpet in the bedroom, and vaulted ceilings with additional lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, a luggage rack, and plenty of closet space where you will find bedding for the sleeper sofa. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a tv with a roku remote, and beautiful side tables. There is also seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The built-in kitchen island displays the 2 burner electric cooktop, 12 cup coffee maker, apartment sized fridge with separate freezer section. This bright and airy kitchen boasts plenty of counterspace, storate a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, toaster, the tools needed for cooking and serving. In the handy closet you will find an iron with an ironing board, and broom. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a beautiful vanity. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Please ask the front desk if you need a high-chair or playpen.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

There were stain spots on the carpet and grout missing around the toilet. It did not feel clean as a result. The AC units also caused the lights to flicker when they ran. Overall it was functional but unlikely to rent again.

Great location any time of year

Extremely clean and cozy condo-hotel for our quick weekend getaway to Charlevoix. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Nice balcony but be aware that your neighbors are within arms length when you’re out there. If you don’t draw the shades, they can see right inside the living room area (and the guests at Hotel Earl across the street can see too). Right on the other side of the drawbridge so you can park & walk downtown. Only requirement is to toss your own trash in the dumpster before leaving. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic Location

This location is great! Condo was fine for a weekend, I can't image staying for a week and trying to cook. Very few pots and pans. Trash can in kitchen the size of a bathroom can. Huge bathtub that took up way to much space and made the bedroom small. No smart tv's so you are stuck watching local basic channels. Office said they were open 9- 9pm but closed at 5:30pm which means the pool is closed. The location is great to stroll down and eat and shop in Downtown.

Carpet dirty, door coming off hinge under sink, cabinets chipped up a lot, needs some refreshing. Housekeeping never came on Saturday. Sunday morning we put the do not disturb sign up but not Saturday and no one came in. The bed was so hard we literally left a day early so we could get a good nights sleep. We did enjoy sitting on the balcony and the chairs were nice out there.

Anniversary weekend

We had maintenance men in our room multiple times trying to fix it to no avail. We had to have the windows open or the heat spiked to 80 degrees. The front desk said they would take care of us but nothing was ever done.
