This beautiful rental has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate living areas. Equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, it comes stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The main level has a walkout balcony overlooking Beach Area 1, with a Propane BBQ for your outdoor cooking use. With some of the nicest views in the area, enjoy a spacious back yard, with walkout patio. Enjoy the boats, seadoos, water skiiers, and more while you tan your skin under the warm sun. Only a 3 minute walk to the Main Beach, Location wise, you cannot get much better than this. Amazing stay!

Check in was seamless the place was exactly as described. Lots of room and two bbq grill which was heavenly. Overall great weekend!!!

This place was in a good location, but needed some work (mold in bathroom, not clean appliances). They did not provide fresh linens, and made the excuse that a lot of their household items had been taken by guests to other houses. It did not get a good cleaning before we came, and the host had not checked on the house prior to our arrival. The pictures were misleading and did not show the actual house. There were photos of a kitchen and bedrooms that were not in the home.

Great location, but important maintenance deficit

Very well situated property near beach 1 of Wasaga beach. High potential, but so may things nedding to be fixed. As examples: most blinds need replacement, as well as some of the outdoor furniture. The fridge is leaking and has a broken knob... We'll stop here. Although it is said that up to fourteen people coulb be welcomed, there is insufficient number of chairs (we found 8 overall in the house), and we were lacking of basic things such as fourks and spoons !. In fact we had to buy forks ans spoons !! not the level that one could expect with this range of price . Very disapointing overall, Good point for a broken dishwasher was replaced within 36 hours (this also was broken when we came in).
