Suite #10 - Approximately 700 sqft of quality construction and remarkable ocean views. Your own private oasis! Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat. Situated on the beachside of the complex, one of 2 units closest to the beach, on the second floor. Enjoy clear views of the ocean from the L-shaped private balcony, with lounge chairs, seating and tables.

This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite with high ceilings offers a spacious open living area including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) with sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. A true modern escape!

The comfortable king size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower, stand-alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity mirror.

A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.

Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers with face shields. The grassy area is the perfect place to do morning yoga while overlooking the ocean. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Seconds away from the sand!

When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.

Complimentary parking on site for one vehicle per suite.

Stay Awhile Villas offers complete concierge services upon request, including luxury car rental services, to ensure a 5-star experience during your stay.

For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Complimentary access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).

The Neighborhood:
Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Guests are seconds away from the sand.
Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier. Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday.

Getting Around:
SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to its guests. Uber is readily available.

Other things to note:
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.

SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Check-in is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM


In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.

2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

6) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.

7) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check-out: 10:00am.

8) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

10) Parking:
You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.

11) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!

Great visit - Fall ( October )

Great location - very walkable. Accomodation was lovely - well appointed - photos VERY accurate - clean and smooth process. Can hear the waves crashing from bed. as on the ocean as you can be without being in it. Lovely place and enjoyed our time.

Incredible condo and Incredible location!

This unit was amazing! The property is beautiful and located in the heart of Malibu in easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the property. It sure seems like Stay Awhile is taking great care to adhere to strict COVID cleanliness guidelines which was important to me. I would highly recommend this unit and property!!

beachfront balcony

This new property on popular Carbon Beach is truly lovely. It has everything you need from a stove top, two mini-fridges, a freezer, kitchen utensils and a blender to bath products and a toto toilet. The balcony is the perfect place to dolphin, seal, and people watch. My only issue upon check-in was no parking, and they were doing some maintenance work on the room for an hour after I arrived. They were apologetic, and the on site property manager moved her car so I could have a spot. After the initial snafu with check in, everything was absolutely perfect. Two doors down from NOBU, so it's easy to pop in for take out. It's a pricey stay, but was worth it for me. I definitely plan on a return visit.

Perfect

Clean, comfortable, incomparable view. Love the comfortable bed and linens, and the Toto toilet is great. No soap/shampoo shelf in the shower, but everything else has been thought of. There actually is a microwave, even though the site description left that out. Freezer is free standing, as is fridge, and there is plenty of room. Easy access to Lyft. We'll return.

Amazing Stay!

The home was awesome! The view of the ocean was perfect, dolphins were jumping and playing. It was right next to Novu which was also great. The host was nice and explained much about the location. I loved it. I will definitely stay at this location again.
