Excellent check in . Ideal location for beach bars and restaurants . Apartment spotless and plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook . Plenty of sun loungers by pool and terrace . Lovely sunny balcony and sea view . TV and WiFi great . Will definitely visit again .

Lovely apt with a great sea view and catches the sun on the balcony all day. Doesn't have aircon, but it does have a large portable fan and parasol. Tv has hundreds of channels and dedicated wifi is great. Its a gated community, with large pool area, plenty of sunloungers. Large Spar supermarket right next to the entrance. 2min walk down to the front, where there's loads of bars and shops. Communication with the owner was perfect, Pascal cant do enough to help you out. Bed comfy, and theres a safe for your valuables. Plenty of hangers, hairdryer in bathroom, and loads of shampoos / condiments left by others.

Nice appartment equipped with everything you need. Great view to the ocean. Very good swimming pool. Communication with the owner always fast. Very recommendable appartment . Would book it once more.

Perfect location

The location is perfect, so is the view from the balcony. Also the bed is great. However, it is clearly an older appartement and complex. A few things can be done. If you don’t mind to clean yourself and accept an older bathroom, this is the place for you.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely return.

Vinka met us at the airport and within 15 minutes we were in the apartment - what a great service! The Atalaya complex is lovely, it's in a quiet part of town but very central. It felt very safe for two ladies on their own, the pool was lovely and there were always lots of spare sunbeds. The apartment had little extras like a cool bag, lilos, herbs, spices & olive oil, a safe etc. The nearest supermarket is just outside the gate to the complex and there are plenty of other shops nearby. We recommend the car hire at the complex, we hired a 5 door Renault Clio for 30 euros for a day and toured the north of the island. The famous caves are really good.

Little gem

This was my second time at pascals lovely little apartment and I must say it was an absolute pleasure. I stayed 28 days and enjoyed every minute. Everything required for your stay is supplied, kettle,toaster,microwave,2 ring cooker,lots of pans,cutlery,glasses etc, there’s even a washing machine,and extra towels, bedding etc. On top of all that,there’s a beautiful sea view from the south facing balcony that gets the sun all day! Situated in a quiet area and no hills to climb although there are a few steps up to the complex, I’m 72 and had no problem with them, it’s only a few minutes walk down to the strip with all the bars and restaurants, thank you pascal and vinka for a great stay,I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone,and look forward to booking again. 5 stars from me!

Absolutely Wonderful! : Stayed 06/12/22 - 12/01/23

Stayed Self-Catering to escape UK cold. A superb apartment in a quiet complex, well provisioned and very clean with everything required for self-catering. I personally found the bed/mattress really comfortable. Amazing balcony view and sun all day is wonderful. Wifi and TV... Excellent; over 1200 Video Club movies available. I'm not pool user/lounger but it looked great and saw many using it. Supermarket is right next door and Restaurants/Cafe's, Bars, Shops and plenty of Live Music entertainment is only 5 minutes walk down on seafront strip. Communication and help from Host Pascal and his assistants Rachel and Vinka was fantastic; from booking last February, on arrival and during stay, right through to leaving was terrific. Quite a few steps up to apartment but I'm 70 and managed and wouldn't let it stop me staying again. Although Rachel did help with my heavy case up final flight of steps on arrival. Vinka set up sofa bed for my friends 5 day stay over New Year.... so grateful to both. Best apartment I've stayed in from 3 visits to PDC. Highly recommended. Ican also recommend, Bogart's Bar (friendly chatty place) (100 metres down road). Tequila Bar 400 metres along strip to right and Electric Island Cellar bar (Old Town) both for great live rock bands. I hope to stay again sometime in future.

En general el apartamento está muy bien, solo especificar que tiene unas cuantas escaleras y es algo a tener en cuenta cuando ya tienes una edad. Por lo demás muy céntrico

En general esta bien para pasar una semana ,para mas tiempo no resulta cómodo . Ideal para 2 personas , para 4 no. Había algunos desperfectos que estaban en fase de reparación ,por ejemplo la mampara de ducha.

Vacaciones en Puerto Carmen

Apartamento muy bien situado, zona muy tranquila, con un supermercado abajo. Muy cómodo. El apartamento muy limpio, con lo necesario para descansar unos días, una terraza con unas vistas muy buenas y con mucha intimidad, da el sol todo el día. La Urbanizacion es muy tranquila, no se oye nada de ruidos, se descansa muy bien. Repetimos ya varios años, nos encanta Puerto Carmen, puedes dar unos paseos preciosos, y si quieres visitar la Isla, tienes autobuses o alquilas un coche, mucho más cómodo para desplazarte, este año impresionante , fue el año que más verde la encontré. Muchas gracias a Mr. Paul y a Vinka que es un encanto de mujer. Te ayuda y te informa de todo lo que quieras saber. Volveremos

A lot more steps than I expected hard work with a pushchair give the wrong number for contact couch

Small few faults ,Needs new matterss on couch bed, also needs new shower door one on right got stuck also needs new shower head and hose hot water comes and goes other wise I would stay there again no problem all problems are fixable we must apologise we didn't have time to take our rubbish out on the last day as flight was early over all all good sun all day from balcony great views

Amazing views

The property is ideal for a holiday for a couple. Very clean and tidy. The view is its best feature, its only downside ,to get the view there are an awful lot of steps. The only other problem was that there were no sunloungers around the poo We were told due to covid, but other apartment did have loungers around the pool ,

Just returned from 11 nights in this lovely apartment. Balcony faces East, so catches the sun all day long. View out to sea is fantastic. TV has hundreds of English channels. Wifi was great for the full duration of our stay. Beds were dead comfy, and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Pool area was clean with free use of sun loungers. Spar supermarket less than 2mins walk away, which is well stocked. 5min walk down to the strip / beach. Really lovely apartment, will definitely return. Thanks Pascal and Vinka.

Séjour parfait

Appartement dans une résidence très calme à 2-3 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants - bars. L'appartement est tout équipé et très bien agencé. La terrasse est au soleil toute la journée. Supermarché SPAR à 20mètres de la résidence ouvert de 8h à 22h, très pratique! Possibilité de se garer à proximité de la résidence. Plus compliqué après 19h00 mais des places sont disponibles quelques rues plus loin. Une superbe île avec un temps magnifique. Je recommande !
