The balcony looks over the tranquil beautifully maintained gardens of the complex and Fuerteventura can be seen on a sunny day.

What a gem of an apartment, very well equipped, in a good location close to shops and restaurants. The views from the balcony are wonderful, an excellent place to sit in an evening with a glass of wine. Our host Rossi was excellent, responded very quickly to any questions and was extremely helpful.

Host gave us all the information we required to have a lovely break. The apartment is a lovely size and was very clean. It had everything we needed although I’m not sure I would choose to stay here in the hotter months with no air conditioning. The toilet seat feels unsecure but other than that everything was great. We would book this apartment again but only over the winter months for us.

Very nice apartment, everything you need. Small defect was fixed immediately. Only the dishes and the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. Beautiful view and comfortable beds!We enjoyed our stay!Thank you!

Great apartment in central location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great UK TV channels and lovely terrace. Close to supermarket and only 10 minute walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Lovely appartment

Property was very clean with great facilities and plenty of kitchenware. Lovely large balcony that has sun for most of the day. Located just away from the main throng so reasonably quiet. Plenty supermarkets nearby. Loved my stay here !

The apartment was really super. Very good size, well equipped, very comfortable beds, proper and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses - incl. Champagne glasses! Very bright too. Excellent location just a few moments from the beach, superb sea and mountain views.

Where to go with wast?

Instruction on where to get rid of waste material is missing from the information book. Enjoyed our stay excellent location for all age groups.

Excellent Apartment

Great apartment, all the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic balcony with sea views to mountains and Fuerteventura. Central location for the main strip plenty of bars and restaurants. The only negative we found is it requires new bedding. However, we have booked the apartment again for next year so we loved it. Contact with the host was superb, if we had any problems Roberto sorted it.

Super and clean apartment in ideal location within walking distance of the beach

I have stayed at this apartment many times before and it gets better and better due to the owners and their manager’s care and continued improvements. This visit it felt fresh with new bedroom and balcony furniture. It is in an ideal position in Puerto del Carmen, close enough to walk to the beach and all the amenities yet also in a peaceful position with wonderful sea views. Will definitely return.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely apartment

We had a brilliant time in a lovely, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. It had everything we needed to allow us to enjoy our holiday. Just as we expected from the information provided. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials including a washing machine and an air fryer. Towels and bed linen changed as promised. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Highly recommended.

One of the best places to stay in PDC

I have stayed in a few places in PDC over the years, this apartment is clean, with great views and in one of the best positions I’ve ever been in. The bathroom refit looks great and plenty of hot water. Short walk from the front and a great restaurant a 100 yds away. If it has a negative that would be a lack of oven, the kitchen has everything but. Yet the number of restaurants in PDC covers it well.

The apartment had everything we needed, great location and ideal for our family of 4.Loads of little helpful things left to use from previous guests. Nice to have uk channels to watch for the sport, when in the apartment. Shower was a great pressure not like some places we have stayed so overall really happy. The toilet seat kept slipping but just becausenit wasnt clicking in somehow and the bottom shelf of the fridge was just resting on with a damaged holder, probably should of reported but it was like that from walking in, it never bothered us though.Its on a quiet road and we never heard any noise from surrounding places. No air con but we had fans left for us in the bedrooms which were perfect.When booking i thought this apartment was part of the parque tropical complex for use of the pool and snack bar but its nothing to do with it as its in its own beautiful private garden area further up, but it was a mistake i made thinking it was part of the complex which is only for guests staying at the complex and owners. But i would definitely look at booking again.

Girls’ holiday

The apartment was as described. Spacious with ample storage although a few more coat hangers would have been good along with some drawers. A hairdryer in each room was very handy with 4 ladies. The leftover condiments were useful as were the leftover toiletries. Very good shower too. Handy to have sandwich bags ( for sandwiches on the flight home) Little touches like that are very helpful. The apartment is up a hill which wasn’t a problem to us despite being mature ladies. Lovely views from the balcony and we loved the loungers.

Lanzarote Feb 2020. 3 weeks break.

Great Location, but different instructions on arrival would have been helpful. This apartment is not part of the Parque Tropical site, and you should get out of the taxi outside the Cinco Plazas hotel, which is directly opposite. We had no contact from Roberto whilst there other than a telephone conversation to report a problem. After a week our TV had stopped working, and with permission & guidance from Roberto it was re-booted and fixed. We did however inform him that a towel rail and hook had come off the wall in the bathroom, but this was never fixed. For the first 2 weeks there were only 2 of us stopping, but there were 4 for the last week. To make things cosier we rearranged the settee to a new angle, there was a lot of dust behind the settee, and the only broom or mop we could find were on the balcony and not very clean for indoor use. We did not report this to Roberto, it was not a major problem. General observations, again not reported, were that there were only 2 sunbeds and no umbrellas on the balcony. There is a very good roll out blind, but in February it did not shade the sun at any time. Although not required, we could not find a heater in the apartment. We had a great holiday overall, and would certainly go back again.

Good times.

We've just got back from a week at A3 Park Tropical. The apartment was very clean , spacious and had everything in it we needed from hairdryer to washing machine. Its not a 5 star luxurious pad but we didn't pay for one of those so didn't expect one! Its well situated and easy to use with good wi-fi and most of the freeview English TV stations on the telly. There are plenty of towels including beach towels, a good shower, kettle , toaster etc. The sun starts to get on the balcony from around 10.30 am each day and we made full use of the 2 sunbeds in the afternoon. The view from the balcony is great and the sun sets are fantastic. Its relatively private but can be overlooked by neighbours - also if there were 4 adults staying then the balcony may be a bit tight. The beds were a little lumpy bumpy but OK. Dino's supermarket is just over the road or the Spar if you carry on down the road between Cinco Plaza and Dino's. We did a short south Island tour booked from just down the road by the lovely Nico's restaurant, and that was great. Most days we had an easy relaxing walk along the front to Vino+ (near Fariones) or to the harbour for Tapas. We did think about taking the water taxi to Pte Calero but were too relaxed to actually do anything but talk about it! What we did do was a night out at the Music Hall Tavern (MHT)- great fun!!! A3 is just opposite the Cinco Plaza entrance and its easier to book taxis using Cinco Plaza as the address otherwise there can be confusion with Park Tropical apartments just down the road. Booking was easy and straightforward, one small question we had whilst over there was answered quickly and clearly, couldn't ask for more- Thanks. All in all good price, good location, had everything we needed and booked easily. This would be our first choice if returning to the area and would happily recommend it to family and friends.
