Apartment for 12 people including three family suites each consisting of 1 double bedroom, bathroom or suite shower room with toilet and a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds. In total 3 double beds (2x160x and 1x140), 6 bunk bed (90x190), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
Very spacious south facing balcony. beautiful views of the mountains and the Tarentaise Valley. Open kitchen fully equipped. Washing machine. Wood stove. Wireless
Shops at the foot of the building accessible from within by private elevator.
Snow front 200 m to the base of the slopes and ski lessons. Free shuttles front of the building if necessary.

A perfect week with family!

3 generations of family had a fantastic week. Grandparents upstairs and Moms and Dads downstairs with grand children. Location was perfect close to shops and ski hill and lessons for kids. We had a memorable and. Exceptional week. Thank you Gaelle.

Semaine entre amis pour ski, randonnee zt peche

Alternance entre ski raquette ski de randonnee ,Sejour dans un appartement magnifique, tres bien equipe .et bien situé. La vue est splendide,.Le parking souterrain a ete tres apprécié. La station est tres belle , le domaine skiable est relié a l’Italie ou les paysages sont encore plus eaux

Formidable

Séjour exceptionnel Grace à cet appartement parfaitement équipé (rien ne manque), très bien décoré,spacieux,isolé et insonorisé. Même nombreux, il y a de la place pour chacun. Idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes et des commerces,balcon avec vue exceptionnelle !! Rien à redire !! Merci beaucoup pour ces belles prestations on recommande et on reviendra

Appartement agréable et bien équipé avec n plein centre.

Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très agréable, elle était très disponible. L’appartement était confortable avec une mention spéciale pour le poêle à bois et le bois mis à disposition par la propriétaire.Les chambres sont assez petites donc le rangement n’était pas abondant. Idéal pour des familles, l’appartement est réellement de qualité.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est idéalement situé au cœur de la station. le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel pour accueillir trois familles( rangement , parking , local ski… Et la vue depuis le salon est juste magnifique ! on s’en lasse pas!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est parfait pour 3 familles, avec chacun ses 2 chambres et sa salle d’eau. L’espace de vie est spacieux et la cuisine très bien équipée ! La résidence est très bien placée, en face de l’office de tourisme et au cœur de tous les commerces. Il faut juste marcher un peu pour accéder aux pistes ou prendre la navette pour un arrêt.

Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé, très bien équipé et aménagé. Les différents îlots permettent d’être ensemble sans être les uns sur les autres. La vue est un régal à toutes les heures. A revenir!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Gaelle. Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et avec un accès facile aux pistes. Nous étions trois couples + enfants. L'appartement est très lumineux, bien équipé et très bien agencé pour y habiter à plusieurs familles sans aucun soucis. Une très jolie vue sur les montagnes dont on ne se lasse pas. La propriétaire est très agréable avec de bons conseils et l'entrée/sortie du logement à été très facile et sans aucun soucis. Bref, nous recommandons! :-)

Pratique et bien situé

L'appartement vest idéal pour 3 couples avec 2 enfants chacun puisque composé de 3 suites parentales avec sdb auxquelles 1 chambre avec 2 lits superposés est attenante. Nous étions 6 couples et cela convient aussi. Il y a une pièce de vie spacieuse pour une grande tablée. Très bien !

Très agréable

L'appartement est très bien conçu pour partir entre amis, grâce à ses 3 ilôts de 4 lits. Chaque îlot ayant sa salle de bains et toilettes. L'espace de vie est grand et très agréable avec sa terrasse, sa vue et son orientation qui permet d'avoir le soleil quasiment toute la journée. Très bien situé au pieds des commerces et à 3min des pistes à pieds. La propriétaire a été très agréable avec nous ! un vrai plaisir donc dans une station très très sympathique et familiale !

Perfect for three families

We were three families, so 6 adults and 6 children, and we never felt cramped. The layout (double room, with an adjacent bunk room and a bathroom, for each family) was great: we all had privacy to get ready in the morning (no issues with enough hot water either!). Upstairs, the large, double-height open plan living room / dining room / kitchen is really lovely, with a balcony with a terrific view. A very sociable space, with plenty of room for everyone. There's a log burner which we never used, just because we had blue skies all week; being south facing the apartment benefitted from all the sun, and the central heating is very good. To be honest, the photographs of the upstairs don't do it justice: it was bigger and nicer than we expected. The location is ideal: central, with easy access to the ski hire shops (recommend lovely Marie at ski hire shop "La Trace"), slopes, bars / restaurants, the little supermarket. The dishwasher was a must, and the washing machine was very handy. Underground parking for our three compact hire cars was very helpful. As a group, we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

L'appartement est fabuleusement bien placé, très bien décoré. La vue est top. Nous avons passé un séjour à 10 personnes dont 6 enfants et nous ne nous sentions jamais à l'étroit. Le garage peut accueillir 3 voitures, génial pendant les tempêtes de neige. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés...

Séjour très réussi

Nous avons passé une semaine très réussie à 11 personnes dans ce duplex où nous avions vraiment l'impression d'être dans un chalet. Il est très bien conçu pour que chacun trouve sa place et bien équipé. Le décor chaleureux et la vue sur les montagnes au coucher du soleil ont été appréciés. La situation au cœur de la station est idéale, les commerces sur place, les pistes à quelques centaines de mètres. Comme nous avons eu des conditions de neige exceptionnelles, ce séjour laissera de bons souvenirs à tous.
