Tuck Beach Life Whangamata

Tuck Road is centrally located in the heart of Whangamata. The bach is very comfortable and great for entertaining. Relax and unwind in front of the outdoor fire, or relax in the spa pool.

Everything is within easy walking distance - 300-400m to the beach, an easy stroll to the harbour or into town. Leave your car behind.

Enjoy indoor, outdoor living with a large open plan living & dining area with wood burner, and large doors that open straight out to a private patio area, fitted out with a table, couch, open fire place & spa area.

The 4 bedroom house comfortably fits 10, and is ideal for two families renting with two well appointed main bedrooms, each with King sized beds. The other two bedrooms each house a bunk bed with a single at the top and a very comfortable double bed underneath. There are two bathrooms - one upstairs, and one downstairs.

Very nice stay super close to the beach

We were four adults with two kids and had a great time. There was enough space to give everyone some privacy and the house provided us with everything we needed for a five day stay.

Friends & Family Getaway

Communication with Sean was great, house was perfect for our two family getaway. Location was so handy to town and the beaches. Easily walkable with littlies. Sean couldn't have been more helpful and we really appreciated his accommodation of us with an early check in with three toddlers when we arrived early from out of town.

Perfect home away from home! Super close to town, big enough for 3 adult sisters and our 5 kids. Loved the spa and roasting marshmellows on the outdoor fire. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks 😊

Great location and outside area

This house was in a great location and suited two families perfectly. Only thing to make it better would be cleaner dishes and basic supplies provided i.e. dishwasher tablets, hand soap

Our Stay At Tuck Road

Amazing house, great location. Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after. The host was amazing with their communication, checking in now and again to see how things were going. Would 100% recommend this bach.

Whangamata Tuck Road

This beach house is fantastic! As a long term visitor of Whangamata I can vouch for this being the perfect spot! Walking distance to the shops, beach, wharf and harbour. The house itself has everything you could want and more and is a great layout so even with 3 small families we weren't living on top of each other. A fantastic holiday thanks Sean!

Fantastic house for big family

We travelled with two children (6 & 9) and six adults. The property fitted us all in really well. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor living space, the kids enjoyed the spa and the outdoor shower. We didn’t use the Weber BBQ but it looked to be a good size. No microwave wasn’t a problem. Beds were comfy, shower had good pressure. Big bath downstairs was a bonus. Really enjoyed not having a TV! The wifi was great for multiple devices at once. Location was incredible. A couple minutes walk to the beach and town. Great for those of walking isn’t easy for them. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely house, with enough room for us all and an amazing location 👌

Just a heads up- there’s was no TV or microwave available- which with young kids, it would been handy to know prior. It’s not stated on the ammenities- but we just assumed there would be these items. Other than that, we were happy with everything else. Thanks Carla

Family Get Together

We had excellent communication with our host and found the home superbly resourced. Rooms worked out well with our mixed age groups. Wonderful outside area where we could all eat.

Terrific Tuck

The property delivers what it promises, sleeps plenty and is in a very good location to enjoy what Whangamata has to offer particularly if you have teens and swimming, sun-bathing, surfing, walking and the odd cafe visit is what you like. It is a batch so everyone has to make an effort to keep the noise down when it's time to sleep (which they did). The outdoor area is extremely relaxing, effective kitchen and an open fireplace which we roasted marshmellows on several nights following a BBQ. The Owners make it easy and sort any issues that may arise in a fast and in a helpful way. We had a tremendous time. simple, fun, great holiday thanks.
