Marysville is home to this cottage. Bruno's Art & Sculptures Garden and Marysville & District Historical Society are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Marysville Golf Club and Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and cycling nearby.
Magpie Nest is such a well appointed cottage. All the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Beds are so comfortable.

We had a great stay with our young. Was impressed at how clean the property was. The house is smaller than expected but was fine for a weekend getaway. Fantastic location and great facilities.

Not so clean, ants in bedrooms, soap holder is broken in the shower, no cooling unit upstairs.
The House looks bigger in the photos, was too small for 4 pepole.
great location , close to the center and pool.
Not ideal in very hot days.
Excellent property .. perfect for a family getaway

Loved our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Only downfall would be that there are no doors on the bedrooms, so there is little to no privacy between the 2 rooms and if lights are on in one bedroom, it will shine into the other. Apart from that, the property was beautiful, had everything required and was in a great location.
This place is great - it is really central in Marysville. We stayed with two kids and it was a good size. Open plan upstairs and lots of space. Great size kitchen an open plan area to eat and relax. The deck and the view is amazing. Only thing I would say is it needs some cooling or fans upstairs. It was quite warm however in winter it would be super cosy. I would still recommend this place though.
A great place to relax and unwind which was very clean and well equipped. Wonderful cozy home, close to everything even experienced the snow at lake mountain. A truly beautiful weekend away, loved it. Will definitely return soon.
From start to finish this experience exceeded all our expectations. The photos really don’t do this property justice. We’ll definitely be back! Our only suggestion is that it would be nice to have complimentary essentials like soap, tea and coffee already on the property.
Perfect getaway home for a weekend in the hills. Spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds were warm, the kids loved it because there was space all around and it snowed in the morning, it was close to some great hiking, cathedral ranges and Stephenson falls and clean mountain air. Everything we could have wanted

This delightful little house was beautifully clean when we arrived. Lovely bedrooms in an open plan upstairs. It’s in a great location with a real feel of space around. Easy access to walks but also close enough to walk into town. Large garage was great for all our bikes etc.
House was perfect for 4 night stay, very close to everything - walking trails, falls and town centre..very convenient location, clean and tidy house..would recommend this place..
Pros - The house was very clean and comfortable. The linen and towels of good quality. Short drive (or long walk if feeling energetic) into town.
Cons - My family generally travel 2 - 3 times a year. The vast majority of places do provide basic things like shampoo, soap, tea bags etc. (they are not expensive items). It was disappointing that we had to drive to the supermarket to buy these basic items.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs do not have doors (so limited privacy).
When we arrived on Friday night the keys were not in the safety box as we were told - however, the real estate agents were quick to respond and delivered a replacement key.
Nice little cabin that was perfect for a few nights stay. A few mins drive to town.

A very nice and tidy property with great views. A kitchen equipped with everything a family needs is convenient. The only thing I might add is that Wifi connection would be useful.
Short walk into town and to local trails and waterfall. Has all you need. Be aware the 2 bedrooms share the same space with no doors for privacy. However spacious rooms with all you need
