Awesome place to unwind!!

This house was fantastic. Right on the canal. Only 2-3 minutes from a grocery store or anywhere to eat. The house came with goodie baskets (boxes) that helped out big time. 10/10 overall rating for this house!! Only suggestion would be to move the pool table to the back of the house where you have more room and won't hit the pillars with the pool cues. Put a dining room table where the pool table goes. Just my opionon.

If you’re looking to relax and have a quiet stay. Away from noise and traffic. than this is the place for you. The house is beautiful just like the pictures. Also it’s close to some of the bast restaurants. I am looking forward to stay in the house again.

Upon checkin, house was not as advertised. Property Management responded quickly, assisted in relocating to another property. Experience with Property Management was very good.

Poor management and property condition

When we arrived the lanai was not intact. The railing was broken and a hazard, with sharp edges and screws sticking out. There were loose pavers creating a trip hazard. There was mold from the vents in the ceiling. I reached out with no resolution. This is where we were married and all out photos show the broken lanai framing. Also, they had a company come in while we were there to change the entrance code/process to enter the house. This was not disclosed to us and we had to rearrange our plans as we could not leave this man in the house with our belongings. I asked for compensation as the property was not in the condition as posted. They offered a late check or free day. That knew we could not use the free day as we were heading out for our honeymoon. The property manager listed in the binder doesn’t work for the company any longer and we could not get ahold of the property manager. No one ever returned my calls. I was extremely disappointed in how everything was handled.

Villa Key Largo

From the very beginning, we didn't have a positive experience. After the hurricane, I tried to cancel our reservation but this was not allowed. They assured me that things were reopening all the time. Most places were open, but the experience of Cape Coral and the overall Florida area was not the same, as we expected. When we were supposed to fly from Nebraska to Fort Myers, FL on Dec. 27 with our Southwest Airlines tickets, our flights were all cancelled and I tried at that time to cancel our reservation, and was told "no" again. We had paid $6200, so decided to drive 23 hours to Florida and pay $1600 for our Denver daughter and fiance to get a different flight. We arrived to the house a day later than planned due to driving and were very disappointed in the house. 1) Carpets need to be replaced or at least shampooed 2) Ran out of toilet paper on day 3 3) Not even basic necessities in kitchen - had to buy salt and pepper 4) Sliding glass doors are very difficult to slide 5) Tiny ant problem on counters - need a pest service 6) Rusty nails and dangerous sharp metal out back where screen was damaged/ripped away from hurricane 7) Outside TV doesn't work 8) Many window shades are broken, especially bad in the master bedroom 9) Window casing in Master bathroom moldy/damaged

Beautiful home. Amazing pool and hot tub. Great view of canals.

Good. Poor property manager. Called regarding ants and washing machine ruined our clothes. Rubber marks on clothes. No one called me back.

Cape Coral

The house was just like the pictures showed. The house had a nice area outside to enjoy the pool, spa and sand. Our family enjoyed spending time together with lots of laughs. We had a family game night with the pool table and poker table.

Friends Vacation

House was just as we expected. Very nice location/quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pool/patio was amazing and where most of our time was spent. Everything was very clean. There were a couple loose bricks on the patio and some repairs that needed to be done but other than that it was great. House was very clean

House did not disappoint

It is always a risk wondering if images actually reflect the property when you get there. This house did not disappoint. We arrived and had a small hiccup getting into the property but the manager got us in with no issues. Cleaning folks had plugged the lock unit to a switchable outlet so they couldn't reset the code. Not a big deal. The property was as advertised. Make sure you pop in before you book so you can inventory what others have left behind before shopping. I.e. we left some spices for cooking. We golfed, Everglades Boat ride, charter fishing, dining all within striking distance from this house. In the canal we saw Tarpon fish jumping, manatees swim by and various other fish. They are building across the canal from the house so we had one day with the machinery a bit loud but mostly we were gone so it did not affect our stay. Next tenants may not be so lucky. All in all this was a great property to stay at.
