This super cool 1-bedroom apartment is hidden in plain sight…right in the heart of New Farm!
So close to everything, you can leave the car & just bring your heels, lace ups or walking shoes…
Enjoy a sleep in, curl up with air-con + Netflix, stare at the views over New Farm, cook at home, order in or dine out in the restaurants at your doorstep.
The area is an array of cosmopolitan bars, funky cafes, multitude of restaurants, designer shopping, local farmers markets, riverwalks & loads of transport options!
The Space
The apartment has an amazingly beautiful feeling of space, with a pitched, super high ceiling + windows at the top to let the light in, balconies off the bedroom + lounge & the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge…
It’s in a quiet, small, modern block of only 4 apartments + set behind commercial properties...so you’d never notice it was there.
It’s literally a few minutes walk to both the glam shopping on James St, or go the other way & you’re at Howard Smith Wharves…dress to impress with a few minutes stroll to the restaurants, bars + nightlife of The Valley.
