Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small place for 2 to get away for a few days.Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Only downside to this unit/building is that due to the age of the building, the walls are super thin, thus you can hear your neighbors conversation and walking/jumping if there are kids above your unit like there was for us. Besides that, everything was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1960s motel / condo refurnished with Home Depot grade materials. AC stopped working on the first evening, it is Saturday, too late to call. Call emergency number next day, no answer / cannot leave message as voicemail box is full. Was able to reach someone using alternate means, reply "sorry it is the weekend". Stayed for 2 nights / 3 days, no AC, no fan, no air movement in a stale 1 room apartment, miserable. Also, parking is a joke - you get prepaid street parking - IF you can find a parking spot. Property is close to popular beach, on a weekend - good luck finding a spot, anywhere within walking distance of the apartment. Overall, a rather poor experience for $400 a night (with taxes and fees).

Great location

Super clean unit. Contained everything you need to hit the beach comfortably! Cart, cooler, towels, umbrella, pop up tent, towels. Also hair dyers and iron on site plus a Keurig. Comfortable bed. A great stay.
