Un spacieux studio de 405 pieds carrés situé au rez-de-chaussée, à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de St Pete. Un lit escamotable queen avec un nouveau matelas laissera encore plus de place pendant la journée. Bien équipé avec une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, chaîne stéréo et un lecteur DVD. Grand réfrigérateur et cuisinière, mijoteuse, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain et petit grille-pain / four à griller et sèche-cheveux. Chaises de plage, parasol, planche de corps et nouilles à la piscine aussi en condo. Cette unité est joliment accentuée avec des meubles et des photos, plus tous les draps sont inclus comme le câble et wi-fi. Téléphone par ligne terrestre pour les appels gratuits au Canada et aux États-Unis Une unité climatisée très confortable avec un dressing séparé et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.
Ce petit complexe dispose d'une belle piscine chauffée ainsi que d'un espace barbecue pour griller. Juste devant votre porte, vous pouvez également vous détendre dans le jardin magnifiquement paysagé avec un gazebo, des chaises longues et des chaises. De nombreux restaurants, pubs en plein air, de divertissement et d'épicerie dans une courte distance de marche. Passe de stationnement inclus. The listing was just as it was described. We thought it was well thought out as the kitchen was well equipped and the lighting even had dimmers. The AC worked great and the communication with the owner was terrific.

Great place and Location

Very nice and clean..Short walking distance to the Ocean, Restaurantt, shops as well . Would for sure book here again . It was great having the beach chairs available, they came in handy..

Been staying here for the past 4 years, will stay again.

Great location, nice and quite and walking distance to most places, beach, bars, restaurants and a few stores, for other places can use the free beach rides.

Great location

Located just minutes away from the beach, easy walk. Parking was great, even when the weekend crowd arrived we had parking available. Pool area is beautiful and the garden area is a quiet place to sit and relax.

AMAZING STAY!

This was such a great place to stay! Very clean and across the street from the beach!! Wonderful accommodations and beach chairs and umbrellas! The pool was very nice as well too. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Felt very safe at the property.
