Situated in the heart of Robe with the beautiful Town beach only steps away from your door this brand new 2 story home boasts tasteful styling and sleeping up to 10, this relaxing getaway is accommodation at its finest.

Providing 4 bedrooms downstairs along with kitchenette, living, 3 bathrooms and outdoor entertaining. Upstairs offer large kitchen, dining and living along with fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the town and beach.

Upstairs
Offers a fantastic living space providing sweeping ocean and town views.
Kitchen - modern and fully equipped with 5 burner cooktop , oven and 2 door fridge freezer with ice & water, dishwasher and a large extendable dining table seating 8 or 12 if extended. There is also a great area to sit around the kitchen bench with 4 stools.
Lounge - this space has a comfy sofa to relax on and look at the sea views or nestle back and watch TV. A toilet is located upstairs.
Balcony - has 2 small breakfast bars plus a table that easily seats 6 to 8 people another area to sit back, relax and take some time out.

Downstairs
This tastefully decorated area consists of a living room, kitchenette, dining, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry.
Kitchenette - fully equipped, extra fridge freezer and microwave. Dining area seating 8 to 10.
Lounge - comfortable 3-seater sofa , wall mounted flat screen TV with glass doors opening onto outdoor area.
Front Level Balcony - on offer is abundant outdoor seating by means of wicker lounge or timber dining table. Ideal for enjoying the views and catching the sea breeze while relaxing or entertaining. An outdoor concrete bench is installed with sink power and a Webber Q for your enjoyment.


Walking through the passage you will find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms all with quality linen.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, window seat, robes and smart TV. Ensuite with a double bowl vanity, toilet, and large shower.

Bedroom 2 - King bed, shelving and storage and smart TV.

Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with bunk single bed overtop and a single bed this room sleeps 4. Shelving and smart TV.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed this room has direct access to the laundry and bathroom giving you your own facilities.

Laundry can also be accessed via the outside door which still give bedroom 4 total privacy.

All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and the whole house has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Bathrooms have heat strip heaters and some even have air-conditioning, vanities, toilet, and shower. You might notice that the water is very silky this is because there is a water softener connected to the house.


If you are bringing small pets ( by prior arrangement and approval only) there is a doggy door out into the back garden area, this is a lovely, paved area with a strip of lawn and a terraced garden.

There is also an outside shower and fish cleaning sink totally enclosed so a great area to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Please beware: due to stairs and balcony the property is unsuitable for children under the age of 10. Access to bedrooms is determined by the number of guests booked.
