Great space with ocean and bay views! Drop your bags in the spacious living area with sleeper sofa then head out onto the extra-large balcony to take in the awesome 16th floor view of Ocean City! This unique split floor plan offers a primary bedroom full bath with shared shower and a connecting Jack & Jill style half bath on one end. A perfect kids room with 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and flat screen TV is located at the other end of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for dining in with table seating for 6 as well as 2 counter stools. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65

Great building and location

We were very happy with the comfort and quality of our condo, the building, and the property. We felt welcome, everything was clean and maintained and comfortable and worked. We appreciated the location to everything and ease of getting around, a reserved parking spot, and additional amenities on site. Highly recommend this property for your stay

Great location, cozy condo

We had a great time. The condo was cozy. Easy access to the beach and pool from the second floor. The only issue was the air conditioning unit was not working properly. The outside unit was leaking on the patio, rug got wet by the sliding door. Someone came to fix the unit however it still was leaking. I did advise the lady from the office.

As Great As Expected

I really enjoyed this condo. Great space for a family or a group of adult girlfriends. The balcony was the best part! A beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Great location - grocery store across the street, steps to the beach or outdoor pool, plenty of restaurant choices, & only a short/quick drive to get to the boardwalk. The only negative would be mild cleanliness issues (I have high standards) & I wish the unit had a second shower, but I knew upon booking it that it wouldn’t.

Vaca 2022

Room was very nice and clean. Updated. Kitchen and balcony amenities were lacking. I normally do not discuss negative comments, however, this was the first condo in 20 plus years of staying at the 9400 that did not have a frying pan and limited drinking glasses or a single chair or table on the balcony. I enjoy spending time on the balcony in the mornings having a coffee. But a very nice, clean and comfortable unit.

Poor communication with rental company

Kitchen has been updated beautifully except for the stove. Burners are tilted/uneven which made cooking a little tricky. Also only having three pots and NO skillet proved a bit difficult as well. The kitchen is not well stocked. View from the master is terrific. Bed facing the ocean and being on the 16th floor was a lovely way to start each morning. I have never rented a place that didn’t have a hairdryer, which was unfortunate to realize after our first showersâ˜č. There were restrictions on the thermostat, couldn’t go below 72 degrees. Location was pretty terrific with an Acme directly across the street and a 7/11 next to the building. Very convenient. No broom or dust pan for the kitchen and baths. (With all the sand?! What?!) Master bed was comfortable but three little beds were covered in plastic(noisy) and were really squeaky anytime you repositioned. The front door to the place is covered with what looks like the door to an electrical room, kinda weird. The response from the company when we had issues left a lot to be desired. We inquired to come a day early. Messaged on a Friday to see if there was any way we could check in on Saturday instead of Sunday, they responded to this request on Wednesday, four days into our trip



.. The bathrooms were connected so there was no privacy and only one shower which i didn’t realize. Checking in was ok except the directions said “check into the office in the lobby”. There is an OFFICE sign that sends you to the main office of the building, NOT the office of the rental company, which after a long drive was a little frustrating. We rented linen but had no instructions as to what to do with the linen at the end of the stay. Again, emailed the company for directions and did not get an answer before we checked out.
