The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, Maryland, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, game and exercise rooms, and much more! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living room is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a flatscreen TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony with an outdoor dining area and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer will make your laundry duties as easy as ABC!

Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

Stayed for a girls weekend and wanted something right on the beach. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic! The staff at check-in was wonderful! The weather was awful! September Noreaster, festival canceled... we spent a lot more time in the condo than originally expected due to flooding but we made the best of it and the condo was perfect.The condo was clean, spacious and the perfect location to watch the storm and still be safe from the flooding. LOVED the downstairs Sand Dollar bar and the bartenders.Communication is good, the portal is great.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. However, there was one detail that, had we known about it ahead of time, might have caused us to look elsewhere.The window coverings on the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom are light and extremely thin. As a result, once the sun comes up, the room is extremely bright(which we can handle), but also extremely hot. It made it hard to sleep past 7:00-7;30 in the morning, even with the ceiling fan on high, the door open, and the AC on high.We like to sleep in a bit past 7:30 when we're on vacation. We've stayed in other units in this building and they had black out curtains. Seems like a simple fix.We solved our problem by taping aluminum foil to the windows in the master. Where there's a will there's a way. We left the foil for the next guest.

Loved the location, loved the sunset from the front door and the sunrise from the master bedrooms floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. Close to the beach.

The condo was decorated in beach theme. It was clean. It was right on the beach. The only downside was that the 2nd bedroom TV and Roku remotes were not there when we arrived. We contacted them right away. We got a call back saying someone would be there the next morning to look into it. No one arrived and we contacted them again in the afrernoon. After explaining it over again they said they would look into and get back to us. We never heard back from anyone. We were disappointed with the lack of response about the TV. This condo will be fine if they don't care about a TV in bedroom at night.

Beautiful location!

Property was very nice. Had beautiful sunrise views from the living room and master bedroom in the morning and sunsets in the evening from the front door. The only drawback were the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds,and they were pushed up to the wall. So the person sleeping against the wall had to crawl down to the foot of the bed to get out of the bed, not the greatest for elderly people. Had two work orders requests in, one for the kitchen cabinet door was off the hinge, it was taken care of that day. Had an issue with all the TV's were not working, called for assistance and he came two days later. Unable to resolve the issue, stated that he couldn't resolve the problem and said that they would send someone else, second person never showed up and no call or text about resolving the issue. So we had no TV for our stay. Otherwise a very good choice.
