Located in one of SA’s best coastal playgrounds, this beautiful, oceanfront townhouse offers much more than meets the eye. It has three living areas (two downstairs and one upstairs), three bathrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) and four balconies (two upstairs and two downstairs). You can sit on one of the two front balconies and enjoy the magnificent water views whilst you relax and wile away the upcoming summer days with a cool beverage.

The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, overlooking an open plan living and dining area with beautiful glossy white floor tiles. This room faces the ocean and the balcony beyond.

There is a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and laundry behind the kitchen and another big living area with sliding doors enjoying views of the fully enclosed backyard and the hills beyond.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and another living area. The master bedroom is spacious with magnificent ocean views. It has a sparkling ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to its very own private balcony. The two rear bedrooms have sliding door access to another deck and access to another bathroom.

Entertainment is provided through big-screen TVs. The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with ducts in all living rooms and bedrooms.

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Secure parking is provided under the house with internal stairs up to the property.

Pet Friendly

This property is 100% pet friendly and your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. The rear yard is fully fenced with 1800H colourbond fencing is 1800H and there is a lovely lawned area for pet play.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
