Ten minutes’ drive and you are in the centre of Busselton town or ride your bike along the purpose built bike tracks that take you all the way to town and beyond to Yallingup or take a two minute drive East along Layman’s to the 4wd Access Beach
HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed. -Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to: No cats, rabbits or birds allowed. Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest. Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

We had a great family getaway property was very clean modern and comfortable. Close to the beach and Deck restaurant all within a short walk. Communication with Davina was good and check in went smoothly. Best of all we could bring our fur babies.
It was a lovely short break for us as the house provided comfortable environment and everything we needed. The stay arrangement from the booking process till the check-out time was easy and practical. Thank you.
Us four sisters thoroughly enjoyed our get together for the youngest's birthday. When we arrived we sorted the sleeping arrangements and proceeded to relax. There's a restaurant close by and many more in Busselton. There's many attractions nearby.

The property was located next to a marina in a beautiful and quiet spot of Bussleton. Just a short car trip to the Centre of Bussleton and jetty.
On the marina was The Deck which was a great place to get a bite to eat and drink.
We had a lovely walks around the area and the house was spacious and clean.
Very comfortable and well equiped house .
A bit of housekeeping. I did a large dog waste round on arrival. Tap in bath 2 dripping. Doona in first bedroom has an old unseemly stain on it discovered when l was stripping the bed. The egg whisk needs replacing. OTHERWISE ALL VERY GOOD .Thank you!
The house was immaculately kept. Very well equipped and a great space for us as we were not in each other’s way and had our own areas to chill in. It’s located in a very quiet area close to the marina and great for walks. Beautiful weather and very cool breeze. Stunning sunset. Close enough to dunsborough and other southwest locations. Will book there again.thanks
Our 3rd or 4th stay in this property !! The empty gas bottle was a negative as friends arrived for lunch !! But we like it and will be back ( make sure the gas bottle in full please )
Our holiday here was just perfect and the house was massive. It was extremely comfortable and well appointed. There was only a couple of minor things to be fixed but overall it was excellent and we’d stay there again for sure!
Very quite surroundings & spacious house all on one level close to the beach & lovely walks for our small dogs. Easy access by car to Dunsborough & Busselton.A great holiday all round will book again
