We do not have Wifi.

This clean funky beach house is just 400m to the beautiful geographe bay and 1km to the town centre and tourist attractions of Busselton jetty and the underwater observatory.

This is an ideal home for 1 to 2 families with its closed in garden for the kids and pets while you kick back with a nice glass of local wine and b.b.q. on the great entertaining decked area.

Your 'Fresh Escape' includes a double spa bath for the romantic couple or chuck the kids in all in one go! Two toilets, hot/cold indoor and outdoor shower to wash off those sandy kids and surf boards 'Perfect'!

You will love all the mod cons to make your holiday a breeze including 2 TV's,
2 DVD players, board games/DVD'Ss, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, Nutri-bullet, coffee espresso machine and baby facilities to boot, (high chair, travel cot, always at property)..

For those keen fishermen there is plenty parking for the cars and boat, with the sailing club just at the bottom of the road.

Bookings made after 25th January 2025, linen/towels will now be provided for all guests, this is included in your cleaning fee.

In the lock up garage, you will find 1 toddler bike, 2 medium size bikes, 7 adult bikes (1 spare toddler seats for bikes, with helmets), three kayaks, surf/boogie boards, bucket and spades, beach chairs/umbrella just to make your holiday that little bit easier.

This is a great location, beach side of the Bussell Hwy. And if your keen to do a wine tour, 'Bush Tucker Wine Tours' will pick you up from the house and return you safe and sound, what more could you ask for!

Check and clear garden of dog mess front and back, thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All dog mess cleared on leaving and bbq cleaned or deduction in bond
No parties, including kids birthday parties/adult parties. Only number of guests allowed..no more than 8 guests.

Great communication with our host. The house was in a great location with a beautiful beach at the end of the road and an IGA and fishmongers a few minutes walk. Originally from the UK at the age of 19 (in 1987)!! I decided to come and work/travel round Australia and basically never looked back! It was soon after I was married at 21 and emigrated with my husband to Perth, W.A.
We had many wonderful holidays in the South West as a couple and later with our two boys. It was from there we decided to buy our 'little piece of heaven' in the South West which we named Fresh Escape!

Why they chose this property

This property was and still is 'Our Happy Place', this is where memories are made and family time is had. Electronics get put away, card games/board games are played with every generation around the table, bbq's, wine/beer/coffee drinking, cricket in the garden, cricket down the beach, family and friends gather, be it summer or winter! Bike riding, fishing, kayaking,walking the dog. I would love you to share your memories here too.

What makes this property unique

Our place is unique, it is clean, comfortable but not precious. You can walk in with wet/sandy/muddy feet (plus dog), who cares! Nothing that a broom and mop couldn't sort! Over the 15 or so years I have rented 'Fresh Escape' out, I love compliments of how at home people felt, loved the beach vibe and decor, I want you to feel that you really are on holiday, whether it be a long or short stay.
Our Unique benefits are that the house is fully enclosed from the road, children and pets can play safely in the garden. A huge deck area to enjoy family bbq's, outdoor hot/cold shower to wash those sandy feet off or 'just to shower outside'! Some like the short walk to the beach, bike paths to town, figs and mulberries off our trees. Why don't you come and see what all the fuss is about and explore the South West, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
