unit with Hawaiian décor and tasteful artwork. Window Air Conditioning in both

bedroom and living room keeps the unit cool and comfortable. Comfortable

California king bed. 42" flat-screen TV. Free WIFI. Remodeled bathroom with

tiled shower and fully equipped, modern kitchen.



Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

Turtle bay properties are the bedt

We had a great stay. Our condo met all our needs. Restaurant close by, pool, beach in walking distance.

Loved this beautiful property!

I loved this property! My husband and I stayed for 10 days. The private beach for turtle bay renters was wonderful with bathrooms so close!

Enjoyed our vacation on the North Shore

The condo was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything on the North Shore. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay with my daughter (I notified the property manager that she would be joining me). Everything was great but I felt the air conditioning units could be updated to be more quiet.

Comfortable north end condo near Turtle Beach resort.

We overall enjoyed our stay here. But the location was misrepresented on the map of the Turtle Beach resort area, on the VRBO site. I chose it over other condos nearby because it appeared to be the closest to the resort and the beach, but it wasn't at the indicated location. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay there. The ground floor location was handy for carrying luggage in and out. The bed was comfortable, and it was useful having two bathrooms. We did have some difficulties getting the check in information and communicating with the owner-there seem to be several layers of administration at these units. Also, soon after arriving the washing machine malfunctioned and since it was the weekend, we couldn't access anyone to sort it out very quickly. But it was eventually resolved. We enjoyed the nearby outdoor pool, and sitting out on the little patio outside the living room. The airconditioning was good in the bedroom, but we had to leave it on constantly in the living room in order for it to be comfortable. It's a handy location for exploring the north shore, and a good alternative to the exorbitantly priced for Turtle Beach resort. Additionally, we were able to enjoy some of the facilities at the resort, such as bike rental, trails and excellent restaurants. I would recommend this place for convenience and comfort.

I wrote this as an overall 1, not because of the unit, which was excellent but the despicable lack of service by the booking agent Red Awning. The code to the access the unit never came through by email. I got the code for the gate and assumed that must do both, which it didn't. They made it almost impossible to contact human to get Help. I was directed to chats where nobody replied, the web site which provided no details of the code when I signed in, then they gave a number to call, so I had to go through the call menu twice to get back there to write it down. This number supposedly contacted a person but in fact just rang out, three times. Then I found an email with another number. This gave me an office closed recording, after again having to call in twice to write it down, it was 4- o'clock in the afternoon! It did then give an out-of-office number to call, which they read once quickly, so had to dial in again to write it down. this time we got a person who was very skeptical that we didn't get the email with the code but eventually let us have the code to get in the unit!

Great Stay at Turtle Bay Condo #W-197

My wife and I stayed at Condo Unit #W197. Here's our ratings: Overall - 5. We were very satisfied with our stay. Property's Condition - 4. Although the unit was older, it was in great condition. It was very clean, the amenities were good. The only issue was that we did not know how to operate the tv with the remote. They should have left some operating instructions in the room. Location - 5. It was a great location. The parking was convenient. We had a choice of 2 swimming pools that were close by. Property Management - 5. We had no problems with the management. They were very helpful and friendly. Would Recommend? - 5. Yes, we were totally satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this unit.

Hawaiian Staycation

My ohana enjoyed a quiet and relaxing getaway from the real world. The unit was perfect and had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and pool. My one improvement area is that the sheets and pillowcases had blood stains on them. I would suggest that the owner replace these items as soon as possible.

Pretty Good

I have stayed at the Turtle Bay condos many times, and this unit was not my favorite. Pros: 1) it’s a Less expensive unit on this property. 2) I love the location of staying at the turtle Bay condos. 3) It’s clean. 4) The king bed was VERY comfortable. Cons: 1) This unit does not sit on the golf course, so no great views. 2) There is no AC in the living room, and air flow in this unit is not strong. If someone stays on the pull out couch they will want AC!! 3) This is a bottom floor unit and you can clearly hear loud walking and doors open/close upstairs. 4). The property management company works banker hours so our WiFi was never working and finding/entering our unit was VERY frustrating - and there’s no one to ask for help. And the app they try to push you to is DUMB and never worked. 5) The parking stall was a bit far which became tiresome with luggage and daily hauling beach gear n such. There are many other units I’ve enjoyed better; I would not recommend this one.

Would definitely stay here again

Unit was nice and clean and price was reasonable. It was confusing though when we entered the gate; we were told that we would be given a code to get in, thinking that after entering the gate code the gate will open. Turns out that security or whoever it was that answered had to let us in. Maybe that needs to be clarified on the instructions. Next time we're in Hawaii we will check this place out for availability.

Great place

Great location on the north shore area. Unit was very nice. Clean and well kept. Would recommend to others for sure. My only gripe is the Paul Blart security guy needs to calm down. Scolded my wife for using her e-cigarette. Another person for using the gate incorrectly and also some kids for being too loud in the pool at 5pm. I get that you need rules but he was an abusive bully in all three instances.

North Shore home

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is exactly as described. Location is perfect if you have a rental car as we did. Problems:The air conditioning is only in the bedroom as stated. We tried to blow some of the cold air to the living area but it barely made it there. If you want to cook then the entire place heats up. The dryer vents INTO the apartment which I didn’t realize until I had already washed a load of clothing. We were lucky that we found the security guard on the first day as the gate code we were given did not work. Pros:Central for driving around.Spacious enough for 4 people 2 bathroomsCute poolGreat security people Quiet at night.

Relatively nice place to stay on the north shore

The kitchen is well stocked and looks to have been recently remodeled somewhat modestly (formica counter tops) The master shower is very nicely remodeled and the bedroom is spacious, with AC. The sleeper sofa in the living room is horribly uncomfortable. One feels every spring in the mattress. On the second night we discovered a foam mattress topper under the master bed (very dirty) and once added to the sleeper sofa it helped a great deal. Ideally the management company would have made us aware of it's existence since our reservation was for 3 adults and one child. We found no sheets that fit the sleeper sofa but we did find king sized sheet which were used in spite of the size. The location is good, however on Saturday all of the trash bins for the entire complex are lined up just off the lanai where a trash truck spent 30 minutes or so emptying them (very noisy)

This place is just perfect

So this condo was just perfect for a stay-cation on Oahu. It’s big enough, clean, plenty of cooking utensils and equipment. Everything is updated so overall I was very pleased with this rental.

Great stay

We arrived at night so it was a little tricky to find the unit number and the parking spot. Well equipped - comfortable. Proximity to resort is a huge plus - had a great meal and golfed the Fazio course.
