Kar-Ing Villa is your ultimate beachfront home if you are looking for space, cooling breezes, a gorgeous pool and your own private beach.

When you step inside the villa, you are greeted with soaring exotic-wood ceilings, sprawling living spaces and a view to the Caribbean that extends to the horizon. The appointments include hardwood floors throughout the main level, large indoor and outdoor dining areas, wet-bar and a kitchen that is a chef's dream. All of the bedrooms have ensuite baths with six enjoying ocean views and walk-outs to verandahs for lounging or outdoor relaxation. A highlight of the lower level is the massive games room with regulation size snooker table and large great room with kitchenette for additional entertainment. All of these areas provide almost 13,000 sq.ft of living space in two storeys.

One of this home’s most desirable features is its private beach. Offering crystal clear turquoise waters and refreshing all-day breezes.

This beachfront paradise provides privacy and seclusion on its two acre property with expansive lawns, colourful flowers, coconut palms, and fruit trees. Great location with a spectacular view

Great big house with plenty so space to spread out in. Some water pressure issues with several rooms, but we lived with. Had a great family vacation however. Fits a lot of people, and the neighbor is beautiful.

Teen Missions Trip

Fabulous retreat and home base for helping a local church. We were able to relax, cook great meals, get good sleep, and spend the days and evenings out running about. Al and Esther tended to all of our needs and questions immediately. They were amazing! We have adopted them as permanent caretakers!

With respect to the pool, neither the circulation pump nor the salt-water chlorination system were functioning properly during our stay. Although I followed the property owner’s instructions on how to operate the pump, the system did not maintain circulation or sanitation. By our second day at the property, the pool water was already turning green, indicating that the salt-generating system was not producing chlorine and the pool was not being properly filtered. The outdoor shower was also not functioning. As a result, the pool was not safe or suitable for swimming, rendering a major advertised amenity unusable throughout our stay.
