Beautiful home a block from the beach!

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for the 9 of us, 2 families with kids and 1 couple. The home was well equipped with a everything we needed and more for the week. It even had beach goodies including a great wagon that’s a plus when you have kids. Rebecca and her husband were very accommodating and made sure the home was great condition upon our arrival. This is our second time renting from them and we will absolutely do it again! Thanks for allowing our family to create memories in your beautiful home! Until next time....

Wonderful stay, great location!

We had a wonderful stay during the holidays and the house was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and all the essentials were great quality. There was plenty of space for 7 ladies. The House was minutes away from a nice private beach and a short drive to Seaside and Destin. We can’t wait to return!

We rented this property for a ladies retreat and it is just lovely!! The décor was beautiful; fresh & clean but also so cozy and inviting. Short walk to the beach that takes you right past an ice cream shop! The beach is breathtaking, most beautiful beach I've ever seen (even better than when I took a cruise)!! Absolutely can not wait to go back!!

The pictures don't do it enough justice!

Gorgeous house. It's like it was plucked right out a magazine! The kitchen had everything one would need and it was nice things, not cheap mix match stuff. The beds are so comfy. Our sons loved the bunk beds. We have no complaints other then we can't stay forever.

Cleaning Fee $285

Rates are for 10 guests. For additional 1 or 2 guests, add $100 per person, per night. During spring break, all guests have to be at leasts 21 years of age, unless family.
A 30% of total lease payment is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to your check in date. Remaining balances not received sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
