“Really enjoyed Gin & Tonic during Spring Break! Located on one of the best stretches of 30A (minus the crowds). Short walk to Yoga, 30A’s best ice cream, a market, pharmacy, bike rentals, and good restaurants. Unbelievable beach at Blue Mountain. House was lovely. Loved the intimate back patio with the gas fire pit. Enjoyed some cozy nights back there making S’mores. Everything was well thought out. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Community

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Gin & Tonic. The gift basket was a very nice touch. We have always enjoyed staying in the Blue Mountain Beach part of Santa Rosa Beach because it's much quieter than the crowded areas like Seaside...yet a quick drive from all of those activities if you do want to venture out. Gin & Tonic was definitely our favorite Blue Mountain Beach home-away-from-home so far. This beautifully decorated home is in a small community with new construction homes and is situated next to the neighborhood pool...which was convenient when my family wanted a break from the beach. There is a private neighborhood path that will take you to Redfish Village, home of Trebeache, for a nice dinner or happy hour. The best ice cream, waffle cones, and donuts are also located nearby at Blue Mountain Beach creamery. The local Publix grocery store is only 5 minutes away for supply runs. Tip: bring bikes and bring cash for the addictive cash-only ice cream stand nearby :)

Great place!

We had four adults and four children. The property was clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Owner was flexible and accommodating. We loved the area. There was a pool behind the house which the kids loved but the real hit was the ice cream shop close by. We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this property!

Great family vacation !

House was perfect for our party of 7! Great, quiet location. And I mean quiet! We had the community pool to ourselves every day, and enjoyed the close proximity to the house. Beach was not walking distance, especially for kids. A very short drive though, and we found Grayton beach state park area to be the nicest, and most ample parking. The outdoor closet has everything you would need for a day at the beach, we really put the wagon to use! The upstairs queen bedroom and the bunk room have roku, instead of cable, which was not a huge deal, as we were usually too tired to watch at night anyways. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home.

Beautiful home in Quiet area

This home features beautiful architecture and lovely finishes! It was the perfect size for our group of 8 plus a baby. The rooms are all a great size and the bathrooms are spacious as well. Each room is connected to a bathroom, which was nice. As stated in the rental agreement, you do have to provide basic paper goods (only 1-2 rolls were in each bathroom, kitchen had only 1 roll of paper towels). The couple who slept in the queen bedroom did complain that the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. They noted that it didn't seem to be up to the quality of all the king size mattresses. A mattress pad was provided in their closet that helped once they put it on. The bunk bed room was great for kids and a pack-n-play was provided for our baby. The beach is a little walk away--we were thankful for the provided beach cart and toys. This house is wonderful for a group and is in an awesome location--away from the congestion and busyness of Seaside--which we preferred. Seaside and the other 30A beach communities are just a short drive (or bike ride) away. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!
