The view was fantastic! The unit needed massive updating, even the tub was worn out. The bed was very soft which is fine for some but I prefer a firm mattress. The entire unit needs a complete renovation in my opinion. If nothing else the bathrooms and kitchen need updating and new furnishings

Thank you so much for your feedback and the compliment on the beach views! When we purchased the condo in 2016 the view was the thing that cinched the deal! Other major advantages are the dedicated parking space and quiet west end location. We were just at the condo in September for over a week and did a thorough inspection. The condo was sparkling clean and most importantly - It looked EXACTLY as the pictures posted on VRBO. We promise, what you see in the photos is the condo you will see when you arrive. While mattresses firmness comes down to a personal preference, we were comfortable and our guests have been as well. We encourage prospective guests to read our many positive reviews which consistently reflect the cleanliness and wonderful home we provide for a great beach vacation!

We loved our stay. Check-in, parking, and room access were a breeze. The condo itself is very nice, and we immediately felt at home.

The realtor handling our reservation was exceptional. She answered me immediately and had our extra parking pass ready when we checked in. Elevators were great, parking great, entire condo was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again!

Great place with a great host!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Nancy was very informative before our arrival and during our stay. The unit was very clean and just as advertised in the pictures. I would definitely stay recommend and stay again!
