The condo was great. Easy parking, short walk to the bus stop to get to the mountain, and it was awesome having 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. The Wi-Fi wasn't available while we were there, but we were there to ski anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. The hosting company kept checking in to make sure our stay was going well, which I really appreciated.

Amazing location

This condo is great. The location is amazing. You're a mile to the ski resort, fine dining and downtown. Grocery store is walking distance. Condo has plenty of room and well equip. Highly recommend.

Overall great stay

Condo looked just like the pictures online. Convenient location close to the slopes and the main street. Management texted to make sure everything was going smoothly and was quick to respond and act on minor issues we had. Would recommend!!

perfect for us

The unit was so close to shopping which was great and a quick walk to the red and blue line buses. It was easy to get everywhere from our unit.The unit was neat, clean and very organized. Loved having the 3rd bathroom!!

Close to slopes

Had everything we needed for our stay. Had one couple upstairs in master and two other adults, one in each of the downstairs bedrooms. Enough seating in living rooms and dining table. Mattresses not great, but ok.

Awesome facility with great access to the bus line, downtown and City Market. Newer unit with new carpeting, updated kitchen, updated dining room and updated living room. Highly recommend in both winter and summer

January 2019 Stay

This is our second year in the same unit at The Pines at Orehouse. It is a great unit that works well for our family. This note is just to help the property owners address a minor issue. In the bedroom with the twin beds, the headboards are not attached properly to the bed frames, such that when you move on the bed while sleeping, the headboard moves and bangs and squeaks and the noise wakes you up. Please have a handyman come and correctly attach these headboards with the proper mounting hardware. Guests need to be able to sleep soundly on ski trips! The other minor issue is the hot tub facility. It is great that one of the tubs was replaced this year, but the other one also needs to be replaced or refurbished. We found the one good working hot tub to be almost always so busy that we couldn't use it within the "allowed" hours. Older skiers like me really need that hot tub after each day on the slopes to help recover. Besides those minor issues, everything was great.

Online booking was pretty easy. Bedding and beds were very nice. Tiles were nice and fluffy and I have an extra was great since we were fans of the hot tub facilities. Having access to air mattresses was great. We also appreciated the humidifiers with how dry it is. Overall great experience and everyone had an awesome time hanging out, skiing, and hot tubbing.
