Great location. Nice quiet section of beach. Awesome big balcony. Having real cable was nice. The Sunglo hosts are real nice. Refrigerator was very cold !

Great location

We had a wonderful week long stay. Nice quiet, secure building. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Stayed in condo for five night during races at Daytona Speedway. The condo was as advertised and perfect for three adults.

Beautiful & practical!

Beautiful and spacious place right by the beach, very clean and practical. We stayed in a group of 3 and enjoyed the layout of the condo which allowed us to chat on the balcony or living room, do some simple cooking and have separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The location is great, literally just steps from the beach. We felt very safe since there is a guard on the premises and a key is needed to enter the hallways. Several restaurants are nearby, as are a grocery store, pharmacy and gas stations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the location.

It was devastating to see the damages to the area from the hurricane. It was have been appreciated if there had been transparency about the loss of the pool and beach access prior to our arrival. Not the same value for the money spent.

Shabby but Convenient

We chose this unit based on the good rate for 2 bedrooms and close proximity to the assisted living facility where my partner's folks live (2 blocks away). Overall, we were comfortable. The living room furniture, curtains and bed linens in the main bedroom seemed new, but the rest of the unit was shabby. The stove is ancient and the ice maker drips freezing into a solid block of ice. Both bathrooms and the kitchen need to be updated and the entire unit needs a new coat of paint. Most concerning were the fire code violations (no working smoke alarm, no cover on the electrical outlet behind the bed right next to the mattress or on the kitchen outlet, multiple outlets pulling out of the wall when you try to use them). The entire unit also had a funky smell to it and the AC unit stopped working after day 2 (fan never stopped running, even on auto). So, a good deal for beachcombers but the unit needs work.

False advertisement /view okay/

In their listing, it stated there is a hot tub and pool. Even states hot tub in heading. When we were there we asked how to get to the pool/hot tub, they told us the last storm took it away… understandable that it’s no longer there, but place it in your add. When I finally received a response back the said in the add the pool and hot tub were … well, they did add it, unfortunately not until I called them out about it. I guess they don’t know people can take screen shots of their add before they changed it . They also kept mentioning that they don’t take any discounts or anything because of this. Just glad they changed it so they can’t lie to others in the future. The view was okay, no beach access, shower knob in 2nd bath room was loose and hard to use. Cleanliness was poor in the place. Utensil drawers with crumbs in them. Many bugs under kitchen sink. Only one elevator working and it’s on the 7th floor, so be prepared to make time for waiting for the one elevator. Unit is not updated. Laundry room dryers take your change, but one of the washers does not. Some towels were discolored in the baths. Chose to wash them first before use. Construction on rebuilding p small pier in progress and noisy but didn’t bother us. Not worth the money in our opinion.

We would like to point out that this guest booked on 2/1, well after 2 consecutive hurricanes hit our beach community and there absolutely was & still is a disclaimer regarding the resort amenities at the very top of the property description to read before booking. The information has been posted & updated accordingly as our community recovers since November. Please note that we only manage the unit itself, however the 2 consecutive hurricanes that hit our beach community was public knowledge in addition to being noted on the property description on Vrbo. We are also available for questions especially since it was national news about the 2 hurricanes as we recover but you did not ask and unfortunately missed the information that was clearly provided. We are uncertain why you would not follow your check-in & checkout procedures if what you mention in your review was true. Please keep in mind that we have procedures in place that you received twice before your arrival yet did not follow. They are the same procedures that provide your check-in instructions to obtain the key to enter the condo so the information cannot be missed. We have these procedures in place for a reason so we can assist if need be, which was completely ignored. We hope you understand.

Amazing Stay

The property is a little older (as are most in Daytona Beach) but well maintained. The unit was absolutely perfect. Just enough room for me and my BFF to relax and enjoy the ocean views. The sunrise was perfectly situated for viewing from the balcony in the morning. The pool/hot tub was incredible for when my children all descended with the grandchildren to visit. We enjoyed the day in the shade of the building (so no one got sunburned) and loved the ocean breezes. The unit was clean and we loved our time there. I would rent the same unit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful days at the beach

The unit was clean and attractive. We had a roblem with how to correct volume of tv and they were at our door in 5 miutes to explain it to us. Next door was a pier to watch activity and we had breaakfast there one morning. Very good.
