Beach, Pool, & All Amenities are Open! Beach access from our ocean deck! Both ELevators are now open! See below

This 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condominium features a split floor plan, each bedroom is on its own side of the unit. Every room has a fabulous view! We have just finished totally remodeling the unit, all furnishings are new! In this 5th floor unit we opened up the kitchen putting in a large kitchen bar and expanding the kitchen so its occupants can also enjoy the view! Each bedroom has a king bed. In the living room is a queen sleeper. For this we went to a Palliser 3 over 3 super queen sleeper. No need to remove cushions! Just pull it open to enjoy the gel memory foam mattress and a level no bar sleeping surface.! We understand the importance of a good nights sleep.

Our first new elevator opened 2/17/25. The second elevator is opened 5/23/25! Both are High speed and super smooth with no more occupancy restrictions! With only 4 condos per floor service is now very quick.

Room was EXTREMELY clean and nice. Hot tub was yellow and Daytona Beach was generally run down and below expectations.If you HAVE to go to Daytona Beach
.then this room is a fantastic option. Room is incredible despite being located at a terrible beach town.

Absolutely Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Host were amazing and very helpful. Very clean, spacious, gorgeous view, and beautiful condo! Loved everything!

Very clean condo!

This condo was very clean and offered everything you’d need for your stay. Only complaint would be non working elevator and only one running with very long waits. Taking nothing away from this condo the building still needs some upgrades from the most recent hurricane I am thinking.

Overall pretty good. Condo was really nice and clean. Only 1 elevator for entire building so there were some waits. Garage nice and secure. View was amazing.

Great place and great location

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Dylan was incredibly nice and very helpful. It wasn’t the most convenient to have to meet him as our scheduled changed. Most locations we stay allows us to check in on our own and not have to schedule a time to meet someone. There was no real need for a tour and verbal instructions. A self check in system would make this 5 stars. With that said, it did not take away from our enjoyment and experience staying here. Great views, everything needed was provided. Highly recommend!

Mit Blick auf den Atlantik

Die direkte Strandlage ist optimal. Der Blick auf den Atlantik aus jedem Raum ist ĂŒberwĂ€ltigend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Möblierung gemĂŒtlich. Leider war die Klimaanlage extrem laut und nicht sehr effektiv. Der benachrichtigte Wohnungsverwalter hat zwar versucht, die Klimaanlage zu regulieren, leider nur mit kurzfristigem Erfolg. Wahrscheinlich mĂŒsste die Klimaanlage einmal gewartet werden. WĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthalts funktionierte nur einer von zwei AufzĂŒgen, was bei 26 Geschossen zu teilweise lĂ€ngeren Wartezeiten gefĂŒhrt hat. Eigentlich sind auch 2 AufzĂŒge bei so vielen Geschossen zu wenig.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay there. Very convenient location and perfect spot on the beach. The ramp to drive onto the beach is right next to the condo which makes it very convenient for someone who has trouble walking down the steps to get to the beach.

We were inconvenienced by not having but one elevator working in a 29-story building! Lot of time wasted on waiting on the elevator being elderly.

Beautiful

Very nice and very well maintained. Only issuse was the beginning of the check in process and only 1 elevator worked. I wish there was more instructions in the beginning of the check in provess othet than text thus number and they will cone down and meet you. Fortunately we were on the 5th floor which was more like the 2nd floor so we used fhe stairs. I woumd definitely recommend frejnds and others to dtay here and will rent again.

Family trip

We loved staying here. It took some getting used to not being able to take our beach toys and surfboard into the condo. Luckily, our vehicle is large enough for the surfboard to fit inside it.

Even with some small issues we truly enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again!

The check in process was incredibly easy! The team took us around showing us all our amenities and made the check in process so simple. We even got to check in early! The room was clean and ready with all the things we needed. My only issue with the rooms were the bedspreads. Very old and seemed dirty. I went out and bought my own and sent it home so we didn’t have to use it. I had read on recent reviews that the bedspreads needed updated, so I assumed this would have been taken care of. I hope they do change them soon. Everything thing else in the room was perfect for us. Towels are available, starter kit for the kitchen, and we truly enjoyed the full doors that open to the balcony. Having our coffee with the view was perfect. The kids loved the tennis court and basketball court. It seems like things are slowly getting update from the hurricanes. We had easy access to the beach and even a locker in the parking garage to keep things that were sandy, so they didn’t go up to the room. Another issue we had was you are only given two sets of keys. You are locked in the building and out of the building so you have to have the fab to get in and out, which was difficult with us needing one more set for ease. The hot tub was drained on our first day with a crew replacing all of the tile. I understand a contractor comes when they come, but I wish I would have been told. The other issue we had is the whole place only had one working elevator that was not quick speed.

Fun location with excellent views

We had a fun family vacation at this property. Really appreciated all the perks in the condo including the laundry and very nice kitchen. The layout was great with the ocean views. We enjoyed the ping-pong and pool table rooms in the common area since the weather was cold during our stay. Host was responsive and made for a very good experience. Highly recommend.

Amazing condo

The condo and service are truly 5 stars. The little touches in the condo show how much they care about you having a great stay. The panoramic views from the bedrooms and balcony are amazing. Walk right down to the beach. Within walking distance of ice cream shops which is a vacation must have for our family. Don’t hesitate to book.
