Very nice location close to the lake. Awesome spot for kids to play shuffle board and pickle ball. Pool was well kept and clean. House was perfect size for our group. Pillows need to be updated or bring your own and washing machine didn’t complete cycles. Overall an awesome place to stay and would recommend for groups of 10 or less!

From the owner: "Thank you very much for your wonderful comments! We are glad you enjoyed the view and everything. We'd love to have you again!"
House was the perfect set up for our family. 4 adults and 3 kids. We were right across from the pool and there was an awesome outdoor entertainment area. My kids had so much fun! There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no coffee grinder as mentioned in the ad, but the house had everything else that we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
Nice and cozy place on the lake. Out away from traffic and still close enough to go eat a bit...

Nice place, but needs some love
Loved the proximity to the marina. The place was very updated and pretty. Only about half hour drive to Branson— suggest that you go there for dinner! We tried two of the very limited options to eat … that’s all I’ll say about that.
Nice family resort!!
There is lots to do for all ages. Close to marina. Fillin station restaurant close by very good bbq Only downfall really isn’t good parking for boats at resort.

Family fun
The kids and adults had lots to do. Pool and lake time caught fish and fireflies enjoyed playground learned pickle ball played ping pong & basketball. Beds were comfortable. There really is no place to park boats. Everyone had a great time pretty spot.
Perfect spot for a boating vacation. Close to Baxter Marina, minimal other boaters making for great skiing, wake boarding water. The house worked well for 7 adults & 1 infant-good floor plan. Took our own food, didn’t need restaurants. Close enough to Branson activities for a day off the water during the week. Pool was enjoyed. 8.5 hrs from home but would consider repeating if we head back for more boating on Table Rock Lake.

Hi Adrienne, we're happy you loved the views! We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The location of this property is part of its charm but, unfortunately, this means that wifi and cell service can occasionally be slow if there is a storm in the area.
- While we cannot guarantee the availability of property amenities during a storm, we do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property.
- We're so sorry that a storm messed with an internet tower in the area and the provider took a few days to repair the issues.
- We always work with guests if issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on circumstances out of our control.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
Location is great. Pool is right across from our unit. Very close to Marina. Unit had broken ice maker, duct tape on all sides of screens on front patio and on the lock inside the front door. Unit had a unusual smell. Basement bedrooms had centipedes and spiders, which is expected in cabins.

house on Table Rock Lake
Stayed family of 8. went to Silver Dollar City and rented a party barge at Baxter Marina. Space was good for a large family. TVs never worked (wifii very Spotty!) it was fine though, because we played lots of board games in the evenings. Emailed the property contact about some things (ants, not enough linens (limited # of towels and no blankets , only sheets and thin quilts on all beds). No bakeware (cake pan, muffin tins) . No microwavable big bowls for heating up food, just small individual bowls. No grilling tools eitherNever received a reply to my email
The cabin was very clean and the pool and playground were great for our family. The main suggestion I would make was to better equip the kitchen with more gadgets and cookware. We had no can opener or any type of scissors or kitchen sheers. Minimal cookware available for our large group. The ice maker was also out of service which meant more expense for us due to constantly having to buy ice. The manager was great to help us and the cleaning staff were very friendly

Great location
Loved the layout of this house and the location. It’s pretty new however there are a lot little things that seemed to be overlooked. No dish towelsOne 1 drying towel in kitchenNo trash bags for the kitchen trashNo can opener of any kindPillows are so thin that we had to make a trip to Walmart to buy new pillowsLots of spiders downstairsNo internet or tv or WiFi but there was an outage so not the owners faultFloor is coming apart in several places. Loved the screened in porch The house sleeps more people than thought, kitchen is big and spacious. Close to Marina.
The cabin is very nice. It is a pretty remote location with little access to restaurants and grocery stores. Kimberling City was the closes town for those amenities but, not a lot of choices there either. We brought most of our food/drinks with us so we only needed perishable groceries. We did go in to Branson for more dining options which is about a 30-45 minute drive from the cabin. We were in close proximity to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park and Top of The Rock which was the purpose of our trip and why I chose that location. It is a beautiful area and I am sure when it is summer time there is a great deal more activity due to it being on the lake. We had the entire place to ourselves during our stay. The restaurants close to us were closed 3 of the days we were there but, their summer hours may be different. We did get to eat at Millie Jo's on our way home and the breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and fit our agenda. This cabin is right across from the pool and playground which would be ideal in the summer for families with little ones. The screened in porch is a nice addition as well. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic which didn't bother me but, I had guests with me that it did matter to. So, keep that in mind if that is a high importance for you. I am sure the area was part of the issue with that service. We did have an issue at first with the keypad to access entrance but, got help from the customer service agents. No issues after that.
I was very happy with the property. The space was generous with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thank you for separating the bunk beds to 2 separate beds as this worked much better for our group. We have stayed at this location before in Little Indian resort and was very happy with the amenities. Especially the ability to park our trailer and have access to the Baxter marina within walking distance since we bring our boat. The only complaints with the house was the floors were a bit dirty I mopped a couple of times in the kitchen in entry way. My daughter runs around with no shoes or socks so noticed her feet were dirty by the time we got settled in. We just kept our socks/slides on. The front patio light was out and no replacement noted on site. There are stairs leading to the entrance and even with this light on the patio it was very hard to maneuver the stairs at night. We bought lightbulbs to replace this light as well as replacing the lightbulbs that were out in the bathrooms. I would recommend some lighting on the stairs for safety. Kitchen was well appointed. An entire spice rack available. Communication via VRBO was not timely. I called Evolve and was told to contact the owner for my answer. I called and left msg and no response received. I did get my answer though in my check in info but wanted to plan ahead so this caused some anxiety. Overall, was a great stay and would definitely stay again.
Overall, we loved our stay. I do wish there would have been more towels since there were six adults. Each room only had 2 towels for showers. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out.
Family weekend lake get away- we had nine in our group and it worked out OK but for everyone to have ample sleeping space and privacy, we ended up with two people sleeping on the upstairs couch so to say that it sleeps 12 would be a bit of a stretch. The location was great and we loved that it was in walking distance of the marina. We had a 23 hour boat rental which worked out great to take a midday break and then go back out for a sunset cruise on the lake!
