Cozy studio apartment in the heart of Toronto, perfect for a couple or those traveling solo. My home has everything you need- kitchen with full size appliances, WiFi throughout, TV w/Chromecast, washer and dryer, as well as access to all of the buildings amenities (gym, pool). We are located close to all of the the attractions as well as a short walk to the financial district. Easy access to the lake as well as Toronto Island Airport.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay as well as building amenities (gym, pool). FOB required to access the amenities.

Additional Notes:

Quiet after 10PM.
No shoes in home.
No pets.
No parties or events.
Check-in time is anytime after 3PM.
Check out by 11AM.
Self check-in with lockbox.
Please treat the home as you would your own.
Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. Absolutely no parties.
Please note there is no parking at the property.
If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys/FOB in the lockbox at checkout, OR they are late checking out, a $90 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys/FOB during their stay, a $150 fee will apply.
