Absolutely incredible home with a short nature walk to a very private area beach at the mouth of the Savanah river. The short walk through the neighborhood to Tybean Coffee and the pizza place and artistic shops is so awesome!! Not sure how we managed to pick the perfect place!

Great house....amazing decor. Great location to north beach and Tybee restaurants. Only criticism would be lack of beach chairs, beach towels, and more bath towels and kitchen towels should be supplied.

Wonderful

Location was great. Very spacious!Elevator was such an added plus as we had 1 person recuperating from knee surgery & just the overall convenience of it.Fabulous experience for all ages!

Beautiful place

It was beautiful! Had so much room, a lot of walking distance things to do. Our niece got engaged here by the sunrise. We enjoyed every moment and made wonderful memories. Directions, rules, check in and check out was very easy to follow and the host was very attentive with the response time. Definitely worth the trip.

Perfect for us

We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers plus dogs. We had plenty of space to sleep and move around. Lovely, and spacious. I would love to visit again in the summer when we can take advantage of the ocean.

Quiet neighborhood, the house was perfect

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and convenient to food and entertainment. There is plenty of space in the house for the 7 of us. The porches were awesome!

Exceeded our Expectations

This was the perfect home for our family of 10 to stay in. It was exactly as pictured in listing. Very spacious, and has several areas for gorgeous views of the ocean and passing freighters. It was amazing having an elevator going to all 3 floors, this made a huge difference in transporting luggage and for our older family members to access all floors. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful with lovely porches

Well appointed and comfortable home. There are two master suites and two other large BRs. Large porches on the front and 2 smaller ones on the back. An elevator from garage to all 3 floors was well appreciated for getting foodstuffs to the top level. The kitchen had everything we needed to have Thanksgiving dinner for our family of 7. There was a 2nd refrigerator in the garage was perfect for stowing the turkey before time to prepare it. Even though house is not waterfront, there are water views from many areas of the house to observe passing ships.

Beautiful house on Tybee Island

The house was gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to some cute local shops and restaurants. Loved that they had an elevator. It really is a large home, with lots of bedrooms. There is also a fenced in yard which was nice because we brought our two small dogs along. It was very clean and spacious and the decor was fun and beachy. Easy check in and check out.

Hello Balcony!

Not only was there so much room for large parties, there where 4 balconies! Need a break from everyone? Find a balcony and take one. This place was so cute and so clean! Closer to North Beach which is where we wanted to be. There’s even a walking trail to the beach. It was perfect for our annual Labor Day trip. I would stay here again. Coming from me, trust me, that means a lot. I’m very picky about where I stay.

Beautiful home and great rental company

We were very impressed with the property. Home was clean and beautifully furnished. It definitely wasn’t lacking any appeal or furnishings. Like something out of a magazine. Path to the beach was right on the other side of a small fenced yard and only a house away. You could see the water from many areas of the house. It is a peaceful quiet area. Very relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We brought our 2 elderly dogs and used the elevator to get up and down between floors. The power had went out and we had an issue. Called the emergency number and I swear we barely hung up the phone and they were there taking care of us! It takes a lot to wow me and this place and the rental company WOWED me. Look forward to coming back and staying at this home. You won’t be disappointed in this rental!

Absolutely stunning!

We absolutely loved every part of this home. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the path to the beach was like waking through a secret garden! I couldn’t get over the jasmine smell outside, it was so dreamy. Views of the water from multiple windows, and the elevator was such a nice touch! The photos on the site don’t do the house justice, it was perfect in every way. Hidden gems and small touches all throughout the house made the stay an unforgettable experience. We’ll be back!

Winter Beach Birthday Trip

The house is at the end of the street and one house from the ocean. Three couples spread out with two couples in the two primary suites with ensuites and one couple in the bedroom with its own private bathroom in the hall. The large kitchen and family room were fabulous. And then there's the 3-floor elevator for convenience. Just a great location and a great experience. Ready to go again. 75 degrees in February. Perfect!

It clean

The home was everything I expected, except it was dirty. The kitchen was not clean. Food smear on fridge and counters. Dog treats (4)were found strewn around. There was sand piled under carpets, dog hair on the couch and of all things a dirty used bandaid stuck to a couch cushion. I had to clean kitchen, bathrooms (because of what I saw in kitchen) I had to clean up the dirty bandaid as well as use a lint roller on the couch to get the dog hair. Overall was very surprised and disgusted by the lack of cleanliness, but the house itself was lovely and once cleaned provided us a wonderful vacation memory
