This property is located in a secluded, beautiful neighborhood with an easy drive or walk into Manchester. The 3 bedroom split is spacious and absolutely immaculate! Everything was shiny clean....and being a bit of a neat freak that matters to me. There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and a well stocked kitchen. We did have some minor issues. Although it's advertised as keyless entry, you do need a key to enter the front door. We never did figure out how to manage both, (and then my husband brought the key home accidently after never even using it)but the back door just required a keypad. There were plenty of bath towels, but not enough hand towels and no washclothes readily available. The beds just had a fitted sheet and a duvet...no top sheets. We woke up to a freezing cold house with no heat. Eventually the manager was able to help us through all issues, but she was difficult to reach, often going to voice mail. She did respond to texting. Poor thing...we really kept her on her toes, and I hate having to do that. We enjoy coming back from a day and sinking into a comfortable sofa to relax, especially at our age. There is nothing comfortable about the furniture in this house. It looks great but that's about it. BUT, that's just a personal preference. I recommend that directions be included for heat, how to work the stove, and better basic bedding and towel supplies. All and all, you just can't beat Vermont for a fabulous vacation destination! We enjoyed out stay.

Cozy house, Great weekend stay!

Our family of 4- two adults and two kids (8 and 11 yrs)- spent 3 nights here over Pres. Day weekend 2024. We used the house as a home base- driving to Stratton Mountain for skiing every day (30-35 mins). The house was clean, well-equipped and a great place to unwind at the end the day. It's location to Northshire Books (the BEST bookstore), Pasttime Pinball, Shaws (grocery store), several good restaurants/takeout spots and donuts from Willloughby's was perfect. Kayla was an amazing help with the few questions that we had. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for friends wedding

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; very comfortable, clean, and cute house that is walking distance to downtown Manchester. We were staying with friends (4 adults total) for a wedding and the house was perfect

Charming house in a perfect location

The house is charming and comfortable; the neighborhood is quiet, especially considering it is right off Main Street! Guests can walk to everything in town, which is really nice. The "welcome" information needs to be more complete. The kitchen and laundry appliances are new and excellent. The selection of pots and pans isn't great if you're going to do a lot of cooking, and there's no tea kettle or easy way to boil water. But lots of ways to make coffee!

A lovely and well maintained, well equipped property.

My wife and I stayed here for just under a week with our 10-month-old son and large dog. The property was perfect size and had everything we needed. High chair was a big plus. Front and backyard are huge and the deck is a nice, added bonus Everything is walking distance. We like to walk so that was a big win for us. Grocery store is a blink away and has everything you could need. This is an excellent place to stay to enjoy Manchester or the surrounding area.

Excellent location in Manchester Center. Walk to restaurants & shops. Quaint, mid-century modern decor. Beautiful yard. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for a family. Thoughtfully stocked with extra chairs, pack-n-play, high chair, games & books. Wifi speakers throughout. Simple, cozy and convenient.

Spacious well-appointed retreat

A mid-century modern charmer in small neighborhood just off the main center. Great walkability to shops & restaurants. Spacious and well-appointed with much of what you'll likely need. Pack-n- play and high chair was a big plus. Loved the yard & the feel of the home. Comfortably and perfectly simple.

Charming, cozy and clean

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. Easy drive to skiing. Great town for dining and shopping. The house was clean and appointed with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay

This was our second (and not last) stay at this property. It’s the perfect size for our family (including three kids). The toys and reading nook are a bonus! The design is great, thoughtful touches, new appliances, quiet neighborhood. And super close to all that Manchester center offers. Highly recommend!

Very clean house in a great location

We were able to walk to the coffee shop grocery store, and the restaurants and stores in Manchester. It was a short drive to Lye Falls, a beautiful hike and to Hilldene.

Spotless, spacious family house in The center of Manchester!

My family of 5 recently stayed at this charming house during a visit to see friends and ski at Bromley. The house was super clean, very warm and inviting and had amazing bedding. The decor was really thoughtful. The kids loved the family touches (the reading nook! The blocks, etc.). We were minutes away from everything in Manchester yet in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back and highly recommend this house!

Well decorated and clean

Great stay. Love the speakers in the rooms to connect to. Perfect for small group of friends with kitchen, living room and a movie room with a very good DVD collection! Hoping to be back.

Manchester retreat

Awesome property, private and quiet with totally easy access to restaurants, shops and the mountains. The fire pit is good fun! Everything inside is clean and new, beds are comfortable, lots of amenities. We had much more room than we needed but chose this rental because it looked so nice. Two couples with kids would be happy here too.
