Welcome to the revitalized Sanibel Surf Sound!

Completely renovated after Hurricane Ian, our three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home is now even more inviting with new flooring, a brand newkitchen, and a bright, beachy ambiance throughout. The new kitchen island with seating is perfect for easy gathering.

Prime Location:
Situated on the tranquil West End of Sanibel Island, weare just a short 5-minute stroll from the deeded beach access at Rabbit Road and West Gulf Drive. Endless seashells and beautiful sunsets await you. The bike path across the street connects you to over 20 miles of scenic trails, perfect for exploring the island's natural beauty. You can even bike to the popular Rosalita’s Mexican Restaurant in just 5 minutes!

Comfort & Space:
Our home offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one with two twins) and a   bonus room with a queen bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests. The king suite opens onto the lanai overlooking the pool. All main-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, perfect for couples or families seeking extra privacy.

Outdoor Oasis:
Relax and unwind in our spacious screened-in lanai, overlooking the generously sized heated pool. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine or stargazing on balmy evenings.

Our host answered questions rapidly. Enjoyed the house. It was in a great location on bike path and close to Bailys food and Mex restaurant. There were plenty of kitchen tools and the TV worked fine.

House was clean & in good condition. We did have issues with front door & garage door not opening. One of the closet doors was not installed properly & when opening door came at me. Pool area was full of mold & had to clean ourselves. Pool was not clean & badly stained. And we were told they only vacuum once a month. It took several days before a service came out to clean pool. Pool skimmer did not work… completely clogged. Driveway was full of nails & unfortunately we had to have tire repaired at our own expense. All the above was reported to Dream vacations. They respond but don’t communicate if or when issue will be taken care of. They never communicated someone would be coming to house to fix closet door. Unfortunately they came without prior notice & let themselves in without our knowledge. We did not appreciate that. We will never rent a house associated with Dream vacations in Florida ever again!!!

We aim for a "no-surprises" experience, and it is clear we failed to provide the high-quality stay you deserved. We take your report seriously and have taken immediate action: Safety & Maintenance: The closet door has been secured, and the garage/front door locks have been serviced for reliable access. Property Condition: Our team has cleared the driveway of debris. We are also coordinating a professional deep-clean of the pool surface and a pressure washing of the pool deck. Service Standards: We are reviewing our vendor contracts to ensure more frequent and thorough pool maintenance moving forward. Communication & Privacy: We deeply regret the lack of notice regarding our team's arrival. It is our strict policy to provide advance notice before entering, and we are retraining our staff to ensure this protocol is never bypassed. We understand your frustration and would value the opportunity to speak with you directly to address these matters further. Your feedback is vital in helping us ensure these errors are not repeated.
