Additionally, the home features a beautiful heated and caged pool overlooking the direct access canal that leads directly into the ocean with less than two minutes separating a guest from the dock and the throat of the canal system leading to San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The home features a dock with four pilings and a concrete slab, capable of hosting a vessel up to 26 feet long comfortably. The home also features a two car garage, washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

Guests must complete a rental agreement following booking

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space and privacy they desire.
