Les nouveaux propriétaires ont rendu cette location de vacances déjà magnifique vraiment spectaculaire, avec tous les nouveaux meubles, revêtements de sol, vanités, comptoirs, armoires et bien plus encore. Tout se fait en haut de la ligne via West Elm et Crate + Barrell pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 est un condominium de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain situé au 2ème étage (1er niveau de vie) et offrant une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique. Notre spacieux condo offre 1000 pieds carrés d'espace avec un salon très confortable et Smart TV. Il y a un canapé-lit queen size pour les invités supplémentaires. Hors du salon est une salle à manger et une cuisine complète avec des appareils améliorés et une cafetière Keurig. La suite principale a un très bon lit king size avec salle de bains tandis que la chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire dans le couloir à proximité. La véranda filtrée se trouve hors du salon et est parfaite pour savourer une tasse de café ou un cocktail en soirée tout en profitant des eaux calmes du golfe et de notre coucher de soleil de renommée mondiale. 



L'association propose une piscine chauffée, tennis, Internet haute vitesse sans fil et des barbecues. Bien que vous ne receviez pas un accès complet à la station car il s'agit d'une location à gestion privée, vous économiserez environ 50% par rapport aux tarifs de la station, ne payez jamais de taxe de villégiature et choisissez votre unité exacte. This was our second stay in Captiva at this unit and it was just as great as we remembered! The view from the unit is as beautiful as advertised. The condo is clean and well stocked. This time we had 2 young kids and everything was very well set up for our family of 4. It's so easy to get to the beach and pool, bike around, and stop by local restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Continently located in gated area a short distance from shops and restaurants. Condo was updated, clean and well equipped. Beach was a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this condo and Captiva Island.

Beach Villa was clean and comfortable with new updated furnishings. We had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Location was very private with easy access to pool and beach. We did have an issue with the television. We’re not able to figure out how to get live tv. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful condo on the beach at Captiva. The hosts was excellent at communicating all of the details concerning our stay. The condo kitchen was well stocked, overall the place was very clean, and the beds comfy. I appreciated the attention to details throughout our stay.

Excellent property surrounded by beautiful beaches and homes. The walk to the beach takes just a minute, and of course there are all the shells you could ask for. The home was clean, all furniture was nicley kept and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We were happy to see that Captiva and Sanibel have recovered.
