Perfect Vacation home for Two !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, if you like to walk everywhere. Condo and bed are very comfortable. Clean with plenty of storage. We loved the keyless entry. Covered bike storage and close beach access was great. “Vacation Time Realty” was easy to work with.

Great location and beautiful condo

This was our second stay in this condo. We love the location on the waterfront. Balcony is perfect for any time of day. Well supplied kitchen. We'll stay here again for sure.

Awesome Getaway Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seaside Ville 121. It was EXACTLY as advertised. Great location and amazing view. Very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a quick getaway. Quick check-in and check-out process. Wish there were beach chairs and an umbrella because the beach was hot. We will be back!

Beach Access at Hilton Head

Beach access and unit size were perfect for two. Unit does sleep more but additional adults would be tight imo .... Location and ocean front view were also ideal. Perfect parking right under the unit and up a short distance by stairs. The elevator is also available but a little farther away. Ideal to have for arrival or leaving with large loads. Everything was beautifully appointed, updated, clean and very efficient. A very relaxing and private location for a condo. The pool is a bit small and a hot tub would be nice but we really didn't miss this with all our time spent at the ocean or out and about. We would definitely stay again.

Run down old building

From the moment we checked in, it started. Arrived after 10 hours on road. Lady at front desk was incredibly rude. To get our luggage up to to the first floor was a challenge. Get the cart on ground level, take elevator up to first floor , then wheel all way down the hall through several doors. Washer and dryer never worked. Had call 2 times. Gave us one kitchen towel for two weeks. All I can say is spend the rest extra money and go somewhere else!

Great proximity. Modern.

Very close and convenient to the beach - was our main purpose for staying here. condo was modern. pictures were very accurate. Ample closet space (3+). Close to Cologne corner. Corner unit was ideal. one flight up. could park right next to the stairwell and room. Almost could see the sand from room. beautiful view of the grass yard with rabbits, palm trees, swing and the top of the dunes. Too low to see sand. King size bed was a comfortable. pull out sofa was only good for a young child - would never sleep an adult. Very flimsy. But easy to open/close. Suggestion is for a folding chair in the closet for a third person to eat at the indoor table and for management to provide more than one plastic garbage bag for the week. as well as more dishwasher soap packets. (for the week it came with only two dishwasher cycle soap packets and no replacement garbage bag. ). Outdoor shower and rinse hoses were very convenient.

A Cornerof Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolutely gorgeous view of beach and landscape from corner unit at Seaside! My wife & I enjoyed drinking our coffee in early mornings on this 1st floor balcony. We watched birds, rabbits, squirrel and rolling waves. (No deer seen during this visit unfortunately.) And Coligny Plaza is just a short walk away. A nicely remodeled condo!

Great Location But Lacking in Included Amenities and Cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really love this location in Seaside Villas. It is a close walk to the Coligny shops. I also loved the beachfront location of this particular unit. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. I will say I was quite disappointed in a few things, however. The first of these is that there is absolutely no beach equipment provided in the unit - no chairs, cooler, or even beach towels. There is room in the unit to store these, so why not provide these to guests? We had to go spend over $100 for 2 chairs, 3 towels, and a cooler for the beach. My other dislike of this unit was the lack of other necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed here for one week and were provided with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one set of towels. Finally, I felt the cleanliness was lacking. The soft furnishings of the unit could definitely be replaced (especially the rug in the living room which was gray from dirt but supposed to be white). Overall, the location and view can't be beat but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the issues listed above.

Everything was as shown and described. Check in was easy. Location perfect. Unit had everything you need. Easy access. Only negative is patio furniture not exactly comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The unit was clean and was equipped with what we needed. Balcony was key and we saw deer in the dunes and loved our time there.

Clean and Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo, it is very clean and well furnished, very similar to the unit I normally stay in. The view is great but the patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable and hard to sit in. This unit also lacked things like beach chairs, extra linens, trash bags, etc. and had we known we would've brought our own stuff to avoid paying island prices. Despite this it is a wonderful condo and we would definitely stay again.

Perfection at Hilton Head with an Ocean Front View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 121 for a 2-week getaway. The suite was a perfect solution for a couple from the cold winter of Cincinnati. Lots of storage space, walk-in shower, comfortable king bed, great kitchen with all the major appliances...and did I mention the ocean front view? We can't wait to return!

Jimmy and the management staff at Vacation Time were excellent to work with. We've used other property rental companies on HHI but Vacation Time were, by far, our best experience.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place..would recommend for a couple..overall experience was good a few little things I would change up in the Needs a Keurig coffee maker and a little better seating on the patio.Needs a stackable washer dryer and The kitchen faucet main water lines are backwards. Hot is Right and cold is Left.And no toilet paper Lol..But other than that is was Very nice !!! Thanks for the stay !!!

Easy access off island. Great view of beach, quite condo, we were at end of building. Kitchen had everything you need, when not eating out. Ton of storage space, bathroom bigger than others at Seaside villa. Large shower!!

Best vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Sea Side Villas. Our unit was really comfortable. Our only complaints are for the actual property not the unit we stayed in, the gate to the beach was broken (there was to be a code to open and close but it was broken) and due to that people NOT staying at Sea Side Villas would park in our lot like they were staying there (we actually watched several cars follow another car into the property when they opened the gate, they parked unloaded beach stuff and went right to the beach, couple times we would even catch them leaving too, after they washed off) couple of times we had to make a spot during the day on the grass to park.

July 4 Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice with everything we needed. The view was wonderful and a close walk to the beach. The only complaint was the A/C never cooled the bedroom, the living room and kitchen was about ten degrees cooler than the bedroom.
