Welcome to the Harry Potter House at the luxurious Regal Palms Resort!

Each of our 4 bedrooms represents a Hogwarts house—Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Hufflepuff. Every room features its own fireplace, television, house bathrobes, and nostalgic decor. The hardest part will be deciding which room to stay in!

Our resort offers a pool, lazy river, water slide, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, and more! It’s just 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).

Step inside Platform 9 3/4 (the front door) to find the Slytherin-themed bedroom on the ground floor. The green and silver decor, snakes, and elegant dungeon-like ambiance await you.

The living area and kitchen are styled like the Leaky Cauldron, complete with modern amenities and Harry Potter-themed family games in the pantry. Under the stairs, you'll find Harry’s cupboard, filled with toys and a small cot bed.

As you ascend the stairs, spot Dumbledore’s paintings, Dobby, the sorting hat, and the Tri-Wizard Tournament egg. Each bedroom door is custom-made to reflect its house: Slytherin's dungeon door, Ravenclaw's elegant arched door with a riddle, Hufflepuff's secret barrel entrance, and Gryffindor's painting of the fat lady.

The Gryffindor bedroom, perfect for kids, features Harry Potter toys, books, a TV, and a snitch nightlight. The Hufflepuff room, the coziest, has a yellow velvet queen bed, vine lights, and a fireplace with magical plants.

Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities.

The parking is ideally suited for up to two cars but can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized vehicles (very tight squeeze). Please note that street parking is prohibited and towing is enforced by the HOA.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.

Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Parking Details
The driveway fits 2 medium-sized vehicles comfortably. A third vehicle may be parked carefully, perpendicularly behind the other two. Due to HOA regulations, no additional vehicles are permitted, and street or lawn parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked outside of designated areas are subject to towing as enforced by the HOA.

We had a great experience staying at the Harry Potter House! The property was a little older, but generally well maintained. The Harry Potter theming was spot on and excellent. The pools at the clubhouse were heated and comfortable to go into on sunny mid-70 degree days in February. At one point, we had an issue with the wash machine not working. Sage Vacations/the owner did everything that they could do to recover from that issue - which was greatly appreciated.

Wow! What an amazing stay at this completely decked out Harry Potter themed home! Every room was completely decorated as one of the houses from HP sparing no details. They made this a wonderful experience for my sons 14th birthday weekend staycation while we visited Universal Studios for a few days.

What a great place to stay. My family loves Harry Potter and this home was magical. The decor was painstakingly accurate and we felt like we were teleported to the world of Harry Potter for our entire stay. The home is clean, comfortable and whimsical. Also a bonus- no list of chores for checkout. The pool and slide were fun, too! I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time staying in this home. There were 9 of us. Every room was decked out in the Harry Potter theme. Every bedroom had its own TV. We loved that the pool was open until 11PM.

This house was absolutely amazing. The way the owners stylized it in all Harry Potter. My kids and me really enjoyed this place. Also the staff was so easy to deal with and responded within 15mins no matter what time. Will definitely recommend and use this house and Sage Vacation again.

This house is cool!

This was a huge surprise for my kids there huge Harry Potter fans. We stayed two nights and the way this house is decorated is amazing! Every detail is Harry Potter themed. We enjoyed a day at Disney and Disney Springs. We also used the very nice pool. My kids love the sides and the lazy river.

Great House for Large Families

We had a great time at the Harry Potter House! We have 6 kids aged 5-13, and we all loved it. The attention to detail in the house decor was very impressive, even down to the dishes and silverware. We had a small challenge with the internet, but the host was in contact with their internet prover immediately and had the issue fixed within 24 hours. The resort amenities were very nice, and the kids loved the pool, water slides, and arcade/game room. The host really tries to provide everything you need! We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee and laundry detergent provided, as well as bunches of extra towels and bedding. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing

We went to Florida with friends and family and stayed at this Harry Potter house. It was a wonderful stay and the host thought of everything. There was everything there from games, extra blankets, 3 pack and plays, air mattress and more. The host checked in via email regularly to see if all was well or we needed anything. The kiddos are already asking when we can go back.

A real gem!

This house was just amazing! Everywhere you looked, you found great details from Harry Potter. My son loved the cupboard under the stairs and hung out there quite a bit. The decor in each of the bedrooms was beautiful and there was real attention to detail (green lightbulbs in the Slytherin room, loads of books in the Ravenclaw room, etc). The goblets in the kitchen were so fun too! Beds were comfortable and the robes were a nice touch too! Drew was very easy to communicate with and responded to emails very quickly! Things to know ahead of time - the drive to and from Universal is not pleasant. We went there and back 5 times (so 10 commutes) and did it in under an hour only once. The other times were between 75 and 90 minutes. There is crazy traffic regardless of the time of day so be prepared for that. The lazy river does not provide tubes. You have to buy or bring your own. The previous guests left one behind which clued us in. We purchased a second and left that behind as well. Don't forget to bring them to the pool if you go! There is a Publix very close to the house which was great. We needed to get toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. We left that all behind as well so hopefully the next guests will have something to get them started. Overall, the house was a real gem. You can tell the owners put a great deal of thought and pride into decorating it for true Harry Potter fans. We'd definitely recommend it!

Authentic Wizarding World Immersion

We booked this property as a surprise for our children’s first trip to Universal/Wizarding World of Harry Potter! Their faces when they first walked into the property are priceless. We felt like we were actually in the movies, all the details were absolutely amazing. Roomy accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, lots of games for the kids to play. The only minor complaint we have is with the parking set up (which is more the resorts policy, not the owner/hosts). We had to park our 3rd car in overflow parking (driveway only holds 2 cars). This would have been fine, but you had to go get a new overflow parking pass each night, and they wouldn’t give them out until after 8pm. It was a weird policy that added a minor inconvenience each night. If you only have 2 cars you should be fine. We had 3 separate families in our group, 10 people total. This rental would be amazing for any POTTERHEAD!
