Awesome stay. My kids loved the Harry Potter theme. The attention to details. Wands, the robes, pictures on the walls and each bedroom themed to each Hogwarts houses was amazing. Even the grownups enjoyed it. The resorts pool was prefect. Publix and restaurant minutes away. Greatest part was we were allowed to bring both our dogs. Not many places allow two animals. Not often we get to vacation with our pups. We will definitely stay there again.

Booked was the Harry Potter unit through Sage Vacations. It's a 4 BR, 3 Bth unit. It's very far from the pool, so you need to drive your car to the pool. The unit has very Harry Potter touches and really makes you feel like you are in Hogwarts. Pics are not updated. The unit could use a deep clean, the sliding door to the back patio needs fixing and the tracks cleaned, & just some general updating would be good to keep the unit in top notch condition. The master bed needs some fixing - the plywood under the mattress is a bad look, the bed is noisy. Soft mattresses in Gryffindor & Hufflepuff. I have been going to Regal Palms for decades. The lazy river is always the main reason I book at this resort (even though it's a 40 minute drive from Universal, which was our reason for visiting Orlando) so when I arrived and was told that it was under maintenance & not available to us was a shock. Regal Palms confirmed that Sage Vacations was informed that the pool would be out of service during our rental. They never informed me of this and lied by saying they weren't informed. The power went out in the unit as well. 2-3 bedrooms were affected by a circuit breaker constantly tripping and there was no power in those rooms. This made for a very uncomfortable stay for one of our guests who needed the fan in her room to sleep at night. This resulted in no sleep for many of us.Sage Vacations has refused to offer any kind of refund & Regal won't either. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Managementからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 11 月 2 日)
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear your group enjoyed the Harry Potter theming and details throughout the home. We are truly sorry for the frustrations you encountered. Resort amenities, such as the pools and lazy river, are operated and scheduled entirely by the resort’s on-site management, but we completely understand how disappointing an unexpected closure is during a vacation. Regarding your experience inside the unit, our digital guidebook provides clear operating tips for the home’s appliances and amenities, as well as instructions on how to easily reset breakers if high-draw items run simultaneously. Our team inspects and tests all features—including sliding doors and bedding—between every reservation to ensure everything remains in safe, clean, and fully operational condition. We appreciate you taking the time to share your review and wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.

We had a great experience staying at the Harry Potter House! The property was a little older, but generally well maintained. The Harry Potter theming was spot on and excellent. The pools at the clubhouse were heated and comfortable to go into on sunny mid-70 degree days in February. At one point, we had an issue with the wash machine not working. Sage Vacations/the owner did everything that they could do to recover from that issue - which was greatly appreciated.

Attention to every detail

What a great place to stay. My family loves Harry Potter and this home was magical. The decor was painstakingly accurate and we felt like we were teleported to the world of Harry Potter for our entire stay. The home is clean, comfortable and whimsical. Also a bonus- no list of chores for checkout. The pool and slide were fun, too! I highly recommend this property.

Wow! What an amazing stay at this completely decked out Harry Potter themed home! Every room was completely decorated as one of the houses from HP sparing no details. They made this a wonderful experience for my sons 14th birthday weekend staycation while we visited Universal Studios for a few days.
