Had a very relaxing week here. Everything we needed was provided. Very close to the local shops. Great walks to do in the area. Quiet and very comfortable, great communication with the host.
Beautiful house, well presented and close to beach and shops. We stayed with family for a week. It was great to have a quiet beach holiday so close to Sydney.
Beautiful home. Has everything. Great location. Walk to beach, cafes. More great beach towns just south.

Suella and her family were the perfect guests. The house was immaculate when they left, great communication and took the bins out! Welcome to stay anytime.
I hosted Christmas at my home in Stanwell Park this year but didn't have room for everyone so I booked this house for my two of my sisters and brother in-laws to stay. Jane, the host, was prompt, friendly and helpful with all communication. The house was cosy, neat and clean and felt like being in a tree house. The kitchen was well equipped and it was an easy walk to the beach and cafes. Thank you Jane!
We had a wonderful three days exploring and drawing the natural surrounds of Stanwell Park and the Royal National Park. The property was perfect for our art weekend and we found the accomodation clean very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Thank you

What makes this property unique
Stanwell Park is a beautiful coastal village wedged between the Royal National Park, a stunning surf beach and a lush steep escarpment.
The village has a small area of shops and an art gallery on Lawrence Hargrave Drive. Bushwalking is possible on several tracks, most notably the Wodi Wodi Track that climbs Mount Mitchell from the station, and a track to Stanwell Tops Lookout, also from the station. The National park is a 5 minute drive with famous walks to the figure 8 pools and
Stanwell Park is famous for paragliding and hang gliding activities from Bald Hill down to its beach, which lies nested between high sea cliffs. Rock climbing can be done at Stanwell Tops which offers a view over the village. A feature is the beach with its two lagoons. Horse riding schools are also close by providing rides through the rainforest and lessons.
Stanwell Park has a train service from Sydney central on the Illawara blue line.
Bald Hill, at the top of Lawrence Hargrave Drive, takes in the views of the Northern Illawarra and the escarpment with whale watching, when in season. Bike ride, run or walk along the newly finished path hugging the coastline over the spectacular sea cliff bridge through little villages all the way to Thirroul.
