Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beach and still had a good time overall, but we're sorry that several aspects of your stay were frustrating. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service for most of your visit. We understand how disruptive that can be, especially when it lasts for an extended period, and we regret that it affected your experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the parking challenges and appreciate you bringing the situation with unauthorized parking to our attention. We understand how frustrating it is when guest parking is limited or not properly enforced. Additionally, thank you for noting the issue with the washer and dryer. We will have the unit inspected to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently. We’re grateful for your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where improvements are needed. We’re sorry your stay didn’t fully meet expectations, but we’re glad you were still able to enjoy the beautiful beach.
