We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equiped and comfortable townhouse.
It was a nice place to "come home" to after hiking, golfing and exploring that Sapphire/Cashiers/Highlands has to offer.
We would definitely recommend this place.
My husband and I travel to the area at least once a year and this is our most favorite place we have stayed yet! Very comfy condo with great furnishings. The bed & pillows provided a great nights sleep. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a cozy and enjoyable stay in a well-equipped condo with comfortable beds and excellent wifi. Erin was a responsive host and we were very happy with the cleanliness and excellent condition of the property. I would highly recommend this location, convenient to Cashiers and the beautiful mountain plateau.

My wife and two daughters had a great time staying at this well appointed condo over President's Day weekend. The description was spot on it was perfect for a family of 4 and it was in great proximity to the resort amenities, hikes, and restaurants. The overall condition of the interior of the property is fantastic and we enjoyed the fire place, jet tub, and the cleanliness was well noted. I could envision how great it would be in the Spring and Summer and hope to come back in the future! The property owners were very responsive and would recommend this to anyone with a party of 4!
This Cottage inside is very nice. Nice covered deck with grill and outdoor seating. We were surprised that the master bedroom had no closet and no where to hang clothes except for a couple of hooks. Also the driveway is in bad repair. Deeply scraped rock marks on the front bumper. And the location is very close to Hwy 64 and noisy during the day.

From the owner: "Hi Tammy. Thanks for the review. The closet is in the master bedroom. It is pretty large, with plenty of room to hang an entire wardrobe for a couple and lots of storage. We don't have a driveway; it's a townhouse with multiple parking spaces for our guests. We're also set quite a bit back from Highway 64, surrounded by lots of trees and ponds for a serene setting.
We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. However, we did want to mention that we didn't find any evidence of anyone staying during the time of your booking. It's possible that your review might be intended for another property. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your kind words and want to assure you that we take every guest review seriously."

Property inside was clean. The exterior of the property was a mess.....weeds everywhere. The grill on the back deck was a mess and there was food grease on the deck because the grill had no drip pan. The downstairs master suite was extremely damp. The bedding in the unit needs to be replaced including the mattress. We moved from the master suite up stairs because of the dampness and the condition of the bedding.

- In understanding your concern, we've made several attempts to contact the HOA about the overgrown weeds, and they assured us that they would send someone to address the issue. As we share your concern and do not consider this situation acceptable, so we decided to take action by removing the overgrown weeds ourselves.
- Thank you for your valuable feedback on the drip pan. We have already purchased a new one as well as a new sheet for the master bedroom.
- We appreciate your input and will be visiting the property next week to assess and remedy the issue of dampness that you mentioned.
We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
My wife and I enjoyed this condo tremendously! And we would rent again - hopefully we can get away for a week rather than 2 nights next time. It is cozy, quiet, has everything you could want, including access to the Sapphire Valley Resort and amenities. The screened porch is peaceful and the deck is filled with warm sunshine. The master bedroom is so dark at night I could not see my hand in front of my face, nor could I hear a sound. And we slept great! The jetted tub is very comfortable, however the jets would not turn on. We shared this with the hosts. But apparently nothing could be done on short notice. Had those jets worked this would have been a 5 star +++ rental. Again, we absolutely loved the place and can't wait to return!

The property afforded us a warm and cozy retreat. No unwanted noises. The leaves were beautiful until they weren’t. But the townhouse has so many ways to enjoy the leaves falling or embracing the serenity the colorful late ones we enjoyed. The fireplace drew us all together to tell stories and laugh. A comfy cozy cabin describes it best.
This condo was so cozy and homey! My daughter and I had everything we could possibly need. We loved the separate thermostats! Location was so convenient to town and for our leaf looking adventures and the host was very responsive to our inquiry on using the amenities. We’d love to stay here again.
The residence is amazing! The hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They made the stay effortless. Great location for hiking, golfing, and hiking. Close to Cashiers, Glenville, Sapphire, and Highlands. Residence provides all amenities you could want and more. This condo is beautiful! If there had been a 5+ I would use it.

Incredible Stay
My wife and kids had such an amazing time staying at this cabin. Erin took great care to give us all the details we would need leading up to our stay. Even going as far as dining options and nearest grocery stores. The place was perfect we couldn’t have been more satisfied.
Possibly the cleanest rental I've ever had. For my wife and me, cleanliness is critical to our comfort away from home. In addition, the property has been recently renovated, with fairly new furniture, appliances, and electronics. All of this together made it very easy to relax and enjoy our stay.
In addition, the property is located very close to the highway running through the area, and is also centrally located to most local attractions, such as Gorges State Park and Highlands.
A suggestion to the owner of this unit: buy some blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Not everyone likes the early morning light shining in while they're still trying to sleep.
We were very satisfied with our stay here and recommend it with no reservations whatever.
