The Space:
Enjoy stunning views of Surfers Paradise beach from the desirable North-East corner of this 12th-floor apartment, offering breathtaking skyline vistas and uninterrupted ocean panoramas. Overlooking the pool area, this well-appointed apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests.

Located just 50 meters from the patrolled beach, 200 meters from Cavill Mall and Surfers Paradise center with shops and restaurants, and 100 meters from the light rail station, this apartment at Peninsula Apartments offers a blend of class and affordability for a memorable stay.

Apartment 12A features include:

Fully tiled flooring with air conditioning throughout, including bedrooms and the lounge/living room
Lounge area opening onto a full-length balcony, equipped with a smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Foxtel, 2 large lounges, ceiling fan, and outdoor setting
Fully equipped modern kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, glassware, cutlery & crockery, and a 6-seater dining area
Main bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bathtub.
Laundry including front loader washing machine, dryer, clothes hoist, and ironing facilities
Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with access to Netflix & Stan
1 complimentary underground secure allocated car space (1.9 meters height limit)
Porta cot with linen & highchair available (fees apply, request at booking)
The games room is located on basement lower level, use your fob for access

The Neighborhood:
Known as Australia's `Theme Park Capital¿ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis/Ubers are also close by and readily available.

Other Things to Note:
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Loved this property. Was difficult to get information about chick in procedures as we were checking in outside business hours. Had to wait until a few hours before check in to get instructions.

Amazing property, stunning views

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are incredible. The unit was lovely and well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Walk to everything, really convenient. Will definitely be back. Only criticism was the check in process. I didn't receive an email with directions on where to collect keys, which the real estate agent said might have had to do with a systems change. Anyway, got there in the end.

Great Location and Views

This property was great and exactly as it's described and pictured. The location was in walking distance of beach, supermarkets, public transport, Cavill Ave, restaurants and much more. It was clean and tidy and very well appointed with spectacular views and everything we needed.

Situated in the heart of the beautiful Gold Coast, the Peninsula offers spacious and fully equipped apartments with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The apartments are conveniently located across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach, and only a few minutes walk away from the iconic Cavill Mall with numerous shops and restaurants in the area.

Families and couples will enjoy the gardens and the choice of the onsite pools.

Enjoy the 3 swimming pools while the kids have fun in the children's wading pool and the playground area. For a more relaxing approach, soak in the heated spa and finish off with a visit to the sauna or prepare a poolside barbecue to entertain the whole family.

Test your fitness and enjoy a hit of tennis on the full or half size tennis courts or simply do some workout in our gym.

In the evening, enjoy a meal at Fables Restaurant, a favourite with Surfers Paradise locals for decades or choose from plenty of dining and entertainment options just 600 metres away.

We have been providing quality accommodation for over 6 years and love to ensure that all of our guests have memorable experiences, which keeps them returning to stay with us time and again.

Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.
