Laurel Inn 202 is a beautiful condo located close to downtown

Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. There is also a wooden stairwell that is off the back of our complex that will connect you to Reagan Drive which will bring you out near Ripley's Believe or Not Museum. This unit is a one bedroom with a King bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a two burner glass top stove.

Perfect accommodation

My daughter and I were in town for her dance competition and the condo was perfect for just the 2 of us. It was close to the convention center and easy to get to where we needed to be. We will definitely stay here again should we travel back for a competition.

This place was an absolutely beautiful. Upon our arrival the place was clean and neat! Very spacious as well! I will definitely be back! Host is extremely nice as well! 10/10 recommend.

Nice and Spotless!

Loved this condo. So nice and spotless. Not far from downtown but you need to be in pretty good shape to walk up and down the back stairs to get to and from downtown. Overall very nice though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and nicely decorated condo. In a good location. Wish the bedroom curtains blocked the light a little more, but otherwise no complaints. Main Gatlinburg strip is within walking distance to save on parking fees. It is a hard return walk due to being uphill.

Garlinburg

Was unable to check in conveniently so we had to rent another property ASAP. Then I paid more per room for fees only for 1 day stay instead of 2. Costly trip unexpectedly. However the room was very clean and as expected.

It was very warm and cozy and lived up to the pictures that are given. Super clean and updated! The bed was super comfortable, nice bedding as well! We will most definitely be staying here again! The location was good, I am 8 months pregnant so we decided not to walk to the main strip from our room but it was most definitely possible otherwise!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture arrangement was good for the small space. the dining area worked well after we moved the coffee maker to the baker's rack. ( We didn't use it). We are old and short and while we managed the sky high bed, we would have appreciated it a little lower. There was enough storage in the dresser and didn't use the storage under the bed. We didn't have internet for most of our stay. It would have been nice for instructions for the stove and the thermostat. The manager unlock the stove; so, I got that to work. I don't think I ever understood the thermostat. I didn't want to set times. I only wanted to put in a temperature and have it stay there. Property management had highs and lows. Phone calls went to voice mail and were not returned. However, Beverly showed up the printed emails that I didn't receive because email in the system was incorrect. The manager, upon request, followed up on the trouble with the stove and the internet.
