Beautifully Remodeled, Hospitable Hosts

  • 5 of 5

Mr. Ray and Mrs. Patti are possibly the best owners we have ever rented from. As frequenter travelers, we rent from HomeAway, vrbo, and bed and breakfasts often and have never experienced the kindness that this couple has shown. We had breakfast in their home which was delicious, and their company was so pleasant that we visited even after we finished eating. The camper is very roomy and has a nice beach vacation vibe to it. The grounds are gorgeous, landscaped beautifully with blooming flowers and plants everywhere and a lovely bricked drive. The camper has been remodeled and the bathroom is the biggest I've seen in a camper. As a larger woman, there was ample room to shower, use the toilet, and fix my hair in the mirror. Hot water stayed plenty hot for 3 showers, and the a/c kept us cool all night. We spent most of our time at the beach which was 25-30 minutes away, but I regretted not being able to spend more time on the deck and screened in porch they have built onto the camper, it is so inviting! We definitely plan to come back again next year! We fell in love with this place and with the owners!

What a gem! We needed something close to our property and this fit the bill.

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful evening with friends our first night outside on the screened deck. We cooked for 3 guests with great ease.

Bedding was super comfy and place was clean as a whistle, Ray and Patti were there when we needed them but otherwise not intrusive at all.

Highly recommend for fishing, Gulf fun and juat eating your way through Baldwin county!

Thanks again to our hosts, we will back as we work on our property in Magnolia Springs!

Somewhat deceiving

  • 3 of 5

First off the owners where extremely nice and pleasant to talk to, the grounds were immaculate, everything was very clean, and the location was convenient to both fairhope and foley. There was no breakfast as advertised however there was a coffee pot available with coffee if needed. While the bed was queen size in width it was rather short in length as I am only 5'10 and my feet were off the edge by 4=6 inches.

Peaceful lovely setting!

  • 5 of 5

Patty and Ray are really nice people. I had told them that we were coming down for my birthday. When we arrived they had placed a red rose on the porch for me. Very nice! The 5th wheel was comfortable for us and we were visiting friends who lived close and they always left a light on the porch for us because we always arrived back after dark. The breakfasts were good and they tried to accommodate our breakfast needs. By the time we left we felt like Patty and Ray were old friends we were visiting. The 5th wheel was very clean and had everything you would need to cook with. The location was close to Hwy 98 and not far from Hwy 181 near Fairhope, Alabama.
