This newly renovated, coastal-style guest suite is located on the lake with gorgeous panoramic views of the water. The suite is fully stocked with thoughtfully designed decor, high-end amenities and furniture for your comfort.

At the shoreline, you will find a sandy private beach to enjoy the sunny days and a fire pit to enjoy the starry nights.

Conveniently located on Wellington Main Street, you can walk to all the main attractions, including local shops, restaurants and more.

This suite is open concept, with the living, dining and kitchen all in one open space. The bedroom and bathroom are just off of the open concept so everything you need is within a few steps and all on one level.

Note: the beach is raised above the waterline on the shore, so the sand doesn’t reach the lake. The hot tub on site is available for your use and shared with our other guest unit.

Kayaks are available on the property along with paddles and life jackets. There is a perfect little private beach you can paddle to up the shoreline.

NEW - Dunes Boat Tours

Discover the stunning beauty of Sandbanks Provincial Park and West Lake with our private pontoon boat tours. Our tours offer a unique and unforgettable way to experience the natural landscapes of the area.​ We offer 90 minute boat tours that will show you the key sights, or you can organize a custom tour for your group for 3 or 4 hours for up to 6 people. Your amount of time on the water is flexible, take advantage of the time you have to enjoy this amazing experience.

​Our boat is a Princecraft 18 foot pontoon boat that comfortably seats 6 passengers. Guests that book 4 nights or more are eligible to book a complimentary boat tour for 1 hour. Please be sure to inquire ahead to book.
