Maisonnets invites you to experience the ultimate beachside retreat in this spacious one-bedroom apartment. Located in the heart of iconic Bondi Beach, it's just a few minutes' stroll to the famous white sands and blue ocean. Beautifully styled, the apartment features timber floors, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and high-end Miele kitchen appliances.
Relax with a glass of wine on one of two balconies, overlooking either Hall or O'Brien Streets. Cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and public transport are all right at your doorstep, offering convenience and easy access to everything Bondi has to offer.
The Space:
This apartment offers modern, spacious interiors with no clutter, comfortable stylish furniture and 2 amazing outdoor spaces in the front and back of apartment. There's indoor and outdoor dining, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, , internal washing and drying facilities, as well as all new appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker and juice machine.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete access with a lift to first floor. Easy for luggage.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the hip heart of Bondi Beach. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the ocean, and centrally located amongst the area's best restaurants, boutique shops, and unforgettable sunsets of course.
Getting Around:
A dedicated car park is separate but close-by (6 minutes' walk). You can leave your bike in the bike cage on ground level. Buses are on Bondi Beach parade, going directly to Bondi junction to the train centre or super fast into the city.
Other Things to Note:
* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private apartment specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.
* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** This property has either a lockbox or digital door lock or both. These details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
