Beautifully positioned penthouse apartment is the edge of the Viaduct Marina where you will catch all the action. You`ll love the vibrant atmosphere that entertains below, with the endless array of bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

This property features a king bed in the master bedroom and a separate closed off spacious study. You cannot get any more central than this, and the best part is that this level 6 property keeps you away from the noise giving you a good nights sleep!
To complete your booking, the head guest must provide photo ID verification (20+ only, matching booking name), agree to house rules, and pay the security deposit before property access is granted.

Perfect location for dining, shopping, attractions and a magnificent view! Highly recommend to be close to the action yet still removed enough at the end of the evening to relax and take it all in.

The unit is well appointed with a lovely balcony and well priced for the waterfront. Be aware that all units nearby suffer from evening noise from the many convenient restaurants nearby until late. I would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Great location!

This was just as advertised. Close to many shops and restaurants. Not too loud but at times could hear the fun! A nice view and easy access. Comfy bed and sheets. More towels would be great! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Fantastic Location

For our final three days on our month -long New Zealand vacation this spot was the perfect swan song. It is quite compact but has everything a couple would need. Most of all it has a beautiful view of the harbor and the gulf. As you go downstairs you are greeted by a vibrant location with many restaurants and bars. Even though we were there over a national holiday the noise level was not a distraction. The managers were very helpful and for a small additional fee allowed us to check in early. We highly recommend this property.
