Perfect Lake Getaway!

Honestly, I have stayed at numerous VRBO and Air B&B rentals, and this has been one of my best experiences! It was the perfect relaxing lake getaway but also loads of activities/fun if wanted! Beautiful view, comfortable furniture and beds, roomy, and the access to water, fishing, kayaks was amazing. Dog friendly was another major plus because my dog travels everywhere with us! Most importantly the owners were beyond kind and helpful which is always such a pleasant bonus! I hope we can go back to enjoy again!

Everything was great! The house is stocked beyond belief. I needed nothing but food. The boat house with kayaks and fishing poles! The fire pit was perfectly located between the house and boathouse so I could keep an eye out on all the activities taking place. I can’t say enough good about the host and hostess they were so kind. I highly recommend this spot for a family of fun.

Fantastic!

This was the perfect home for a quick 3 night getaway. Everything that was promised in the listing was there and we absolutely loved it. The house was spotless when we arrived and so comfortable! The deck out back was so nice with a grill and that beautiful view! We didn’t have anything planned at all since we had never been to the area before. We went into Bentonville for a day and tried out a couple of the breweries and decided to go to the Walmart test store while we were there. It was so nice to have a great home base to return to for lots of laughs, card playing and just relaxing with the family. I would recommend this great home…10 out of 10!

Vacation Days at Grand Lake

This Home is very clean and appreciated. You need nothing but food. Nice view of the water and area. Easy to find and everything you need is only 10 to 15 minutes away. We stayed at home 90% of the time. Very comfortable and plenty of room. We enjoyed the dock and caught some fish even though the water was down quite a bit. The neighbors are very friendly and the firepit was very nice to sit around on the cool nights. Hope to return next year for another great stay. Thanks to Kevin and Shantayle for opening this for others to enjoy. No disappointment here

Quiet and relaxing

This property is super clean and the owner/manager, Kevin, was timely in his communications. We enjoyed Grove, the lake, and the surrounding communities very much. Big Bass Bash Tournament

Myself and my son fished in the Big Bass Bash and this was the perfect stay for us, my wife and our family dog. The home had everything that we needed! It was clean, comfortable and even had the entertainment of the neighborhood fox family :) We loved having the use of the grill, fire pit and most of all, the dock with garage to house our boat during our stay! We were able to amply cook our meals and wash our clothes in record time with the classic Maytag washer/dryer set! While there, we visited the nearby Bluff Dwellers caves and the home owners also had games for us to play in the evenings! Kevin was extremely kind and accommodating in every way! We are already looking forward to our return!

Perfect spot for a weekend on the lake!

My wife and I had a great time staying on the lake with our dogs. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. When we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get inside at check-in, the owners were close by to help us quickly get set-up. We will definitely be back for another lake trip in the future!
