Welcome to Yellow Fin!
This beautiful Grand Isle getaway offers easy beach access, ample parking, and stunning sunrise views from its shaded outdoor spaces. Whether you’re here to fish, relax, or gather with family and friends, Yellow Fin has everything you need for a comfortable island stay.

You’ll have the entire top and bottom floors plus all outdoor areas to yourself, giving your group space to spread out and unwind—indoors and out.

This home was designed with groups in mind, providing comfort, convenience, and ample space for everyone.

2 full kitchens, great for cooking for large groups
The downstairs kitchen includes two refrigerators and two sinks to handle big meals with ease
Plenty of seating throughout for dining and relaxing
3 large-screen TVs and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connection
Keurig coffee maker top level, Regular coffee pot top and bottom level

Great location and great property, had one issue while staying and the property owners answered instantly and had it fixed within hours. Downstairs acs need to be fixed but otherwise incredible property. We Plan to stay here again

Fishing with the boys

Had a great time. The staff was prompt on fixing a few issues we had upon arrival. The commercial stove was a challenge. The pilot lites made it smell like gas so we just had to turn them off and cook upstairs. The upstairs Units were much more comfortable. The downstairs didn’t have any dressers or storage for our clothes so we just had them on the other beds. Just noting this for anyone looking.
